This poses a huge risk to the employees and public health, this could have ended on a bunch of employees falling sick or even worse... infecting members of the public due to asymptomatic employees spreading the corona virus. When contacting the owner of the establishment he was in denial and did not want to discuss matters and was quite unhelpful and rude. Explained to him the detrimental risks of having this establishment do nothing to stop the spread of COVID-19 between the workers and how easy it can be to spread this to the public, when contacting the manager of the shop, I was told that they're following the 2 meters and keeping back to back work, the shop is very small and thus following those to guidelines does nothing to protect the employees if they're not wearing face coverings. A face covering will further protect employees a simple cough could mean an outbreak in that area, according to the owner nothing wrong with the things he does after explaining to him the risks and is wilfully happy to allow its employees and the public to be on risk on his ignorance. It is devastatingly unfair that many businesses loose their livelihood due and some close down and suffer enormous loss, when establishments like this get to operate and profit while other businesses who might be deemed much safer, are shut down due to lockdown. Establishments have been closed down to stop the spread and this establishment is allowed to operate while allowing its employees to be at risk every day that they're open. This shop should be shut down if it allows those risks to happen.
