Whenever I visit the UK it seems right that you feast at Nando's, I mean its the place to eat any night of the week. We had a group of 8 or so and decided to go at around 9ish as we thought it would be a little quieter and they would be able to accommodate us. Sadly we were wrong and the restaurant was still packed, we only had to wait about 10 minutes until we were seated and they gave us a long table at the back which fit our group easily.
Now if you haven't been to a Nando's in the UK they work a little different to the ones back in Canada. You must go up to the cashier and order your food as well as pay first hand. As well take your cutlery, dishes, drinks and sauces from the shelves back to your tables. Definitely a team effort, no tip though so can't really complain. Now they do bring your food over so you don't need to get that and it comes over fresh. This location was quite quick as well, even though they were really busy the food was brought over promptly considering the amount we had ordered.
Definitely would return and would recommend to others, just don't come during peak donner hours as the wait might drive you up the walls haha read more
