The menu is intentionally concise, with selections divided into nibbles, starters, mains, sides, and desserts. We began with oysters, followed by the potato rösti and mussels. For our mains, I ordered Salter's pork with French bean salad and apricot mustard, while my daughter chose the cavatelli. She really enjoyed the pasta, but I found the pork a bit underwhelming. It simply didn't leave the impression I was hoping for. We also shared the Abercorn salad, which was fresh and lightly dressed with a creamy vinaigrette. The highlight of the evening was dessert. The Strawberry Sundae, made with sheep's milk ice cream and hibiscus meringue, was one of the best desserts we enjoyed anywhere in Ireland.
