All the big companies overcharge for their services so I was looking for something more affordable, but not have a random unlicensed stranger into my house. I'm not a person to hire cleaners but with all the unpacking and work I didn't have much time to clean. She was able to come to the house I moved out of on short notice and worked after her usual hours to get the job done. Most cleaning services stop after 5, but since I need the cleaning to be done asap she was very accommodating and squeezed me into her busy schedule. When I moved to my new rental house I had her come clean the place since the landlord didn't really clean anything and there was a lot of build up of grime, oil, and mildew in the kitchen and bathroom. I'm a pretty neat freak when it comes to the bathroom and kitchen since I'm usually at one place or the other when I'm at home :) so I need it to be spotless. Nikki came with a crew of 3 to clean the things I requested which is just dust the blinds, clean the floors, and deep clean the kitchen and bathroom. They went above and beyond just dusting the blinds, they actually removed it and took it outside to hose off since they were the cheap plastic blinds and had them looking brand new! Nikki is very prompt, professional, polite, reliable, and the best of all affordable! She's the only cleaning service I would recommend to friends and family and just like the other five star reviews I would highly recommend trying out her cleaning services.

I used them to repair some water damage to my ceiling and to re-caulk my tub. Daryl did the caulking on the tub and did a great job. Jose came and repaired/painted the ceiling. He showed up on time, did an excellent job, and left no mess. I have since used them again for another small project of moving power from a wall light to a standard outlet, with patching and painting. Their electrician did exactly as I asked, and Jose again did a great job painting. He initially did one coat, and I requested that a second be done, and they worked around my schedule and had Jose come back out to paint no problem. Liza was able to provide me with a quote via email, and she responds to emails quickly. I will definitely use them for future projects. Their prices are reasonable, and they take on the small tasks that most contractors don't want to bother with. I'm pretty sure Daryl is a licensed contractor. They also worked on Saturdays for me which is a must and a HUGE plus.

I must admit that it takes a little while to get used to a dependable contractor. CMRS emails you…read morea schedule every evening...and then actually shows up when they promise. They provide a real contract, with a payment schedule. There is a staff to respond to your emails and calls. The email system is very helpful if you're a busy person and don't have time to make phone calls. I would send emails in the middle of the night and have my answer by the morning (or sometimes in the middle of the night if Liza was up late). I think their prices are higher than just hiring a handyman but as they say, "You get what you pay for." CMRS is licensed, insured, bonded and experienced, things that should really figure into your decision making process. Daryl and his crew (Randy, Edwin and Jose) were all polite, hardworking and professional. Jose does great drywall and is extra tidy. I never met Liza or Gretchen in person but they were both great communicators on the phone and through emails. Our project turned out much nicer than we ever imagined, I won't hesitate to hire CMRS for my next project!

I have a 2-year-old who likes to put everything in her mouth right now, so I was looking for a…read moreservice that does not use chemicals and is sensitive to my concerns and (to be honest) pickiness about how our house is cleaned. I am a mom who works outside the home and I just don't have time to keep up with regular housekeeping anymore, but, because I've had so many bad experiences with broken trust, or where I ended up having to re-clean or fix something that other cleaning crews have left broken in the house, I resisted hiring an outside company to come in. But then a close friend used this service and recommended it highly to me. For the first visit, they do a detox deep clean. The scheduling team asked good questions to make sure they were sending enough people and scheduling enough time to do the job, and were very helpful in working with my schedule. When the cleaning team got an extended assignment right before our scheduled time, they called to ask if it was ok if they started 30 mins later, but they were still pretty much on time. I appreciated their concern for keeping our appointment on time. Debra and Nubia were the team that worked with us and they are TERRIFIC! They asked me if I had any specific instructions and followed them to the letter. They were also wonderful about working around my daughter's nap schedule and ran the vacuum and did the noisy stuff first. They cleaned things I didn't even think of, like the crown molding at the top of my kitchen cabinets. When they were done, our stove and other stainless steel appliances looked brand new. They also did a wonderful job on our showers and kitchen and bathroom floors, which are travertine. It turned out they needed a little extra time to finish because our bathroom needed extra attention, but they stayed and finished the job, and the house sparkled and smelled like lavender and REAL rosemary and pine when they left, not a nasty chemical smell. The company followed up with me after the assignment to get feedback. Although the first detox cleaning appointment is more expensive than the regular maintenance cleaning, it was still very reasonable and TOTALLY worth the money. Debra and Nubia and whole Green Clean team were really nice to work with and I will DEFINITELY be asking them back -- they are a dream come true!
