The crew scoured clean both bathrooms and the kitchen. Floors were swept, mopped and then steam cleaned. They cleaned inside all cabinets and wiped down all the walls. The final straw was my most recent booking. I explicitly requested a deep clean via Yelp messaging on June 13, which was confirmed. The cleaner arrived and performed a standard monthly clean instead. When I followed up, I was told the service was scheduled based on a previous invoice I had only shared to identify my account - not to indicate the service type. I paid for a service I did not request, and no solution was provided. I will not be returning as a customer.
