I called to schedule an appointment, they scheduled my appointment, they take all my information,…read morespecifically asked for my credit card information to process payment before the services are rendered, ALL of that to call me the day of the appointment few hours before the appointment to cancel. They proceeded to say the mandatory "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" line and without my consent they shared my contact information with other businesses prior to the cancellation. So they knew they were going to cancel beforehand and they didn't have the courtesy to let me know until the last minute. Instead they shared my contact information without my consent. Disorganized, shady, unprofessional, not reliable. I hope they do better to the next person.

Meat was left rotting and leaking on top of the fridge. The inside of kitchen cabinets were horrendous. Trash/boxes were also scattered all over the rest of the house Nancy & crew came in and gave a fair estimate without being overwhelmed by the mess left. The crew scoured clean both bathrooms and the kitchen. Floors were swept, mopped and then steam cleaned. They cleaned inside all cabinets and wiped down all the walls. The house was cleaned thoroughly and swiftly. The place looked about three shades brighter! This is the third time I've used Nancy's service and this was by far the most work the team had to do. She surpassed even my high standards and expectations. Thanks Nancy!!

I do recommend this family owned cleaning service as they may be the best in the Los Angeles Area…read morethat target more detailed areas (lighting fixtures, wires, spaces beyond your drawers & closets) in your home compared to other businesses around here. I do wish they did steam cleaning in their deep cleaning service that I requested, since my floors and some corners still remains dark with a chalky texture and debris in the cracks of the tiles. I think their price is fair when you put yourself in their shoes but I would be happy to pay for more if they offered steam cleaning to really get the deeper dirt and gunk out my 1920's apartment. I give them a 4.5 out of 5 (:

I can't say enough amazing things about Gloria and her team at Organic Cleaning!…read more I've been using this family-owned business for over a year now, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations every single time. From deep cleans to post-party cleanups, they handle it all flawlessly. What really stands out is how incredibly responsive and accommodating they are. There have been multiple times when I've made last-minute requests, and they've shown up the very next day without hesitation. That level of reliability is rare. But beyond their flexibility, they truly do an exceptional job. I have three large dogs who shed A LOT, and somehow they manage to make my floors and furniture feel spotless. They get every bit of hair off the floors, rugs, and couches. When they're done, the house not only looks amazing -- it smells so fresh and clean. I also really appreciate the thoughtful touches. If I haven't had time to prep before a deep clean, they'll lightly organize loose items and tidy things up in a way that feels respectful and helpful, never intrusive. After parties, I've been genuinely amazed. Not only do they clean everything thoroughly, but they even put the furniture back in place. Walking into a fully reset, spotless home after hosting is such a gift. Gloria and her team clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're looking for reliable, thorough, and genuinely caring cleaners, Organic Cleaning is the one. Highly, highly recommend!
