Nancy is incredibly knowledgable and generous with her time. I have very sensitive and reactive skin, and Nancy's recommendations for the facial and products to try afterwards were spot on (Nancy doesn't sell the products - she was sending me links to get them on Amazon or Ulta). That's what I mean by generous with her time - we texted back and forth several times after my facial so I could let her know how my skin was reacting and so she could recommend a sunscreen and other products. She even recommended a cleanser for my husband. She was very detailed in doing extractions and the facial was relaxing. My face looked great the next day! Thanks Nancy! read more

I am so grateful that I finally found a facialist that uses products that don't give me red spots when I leave. My prior facialist gave up on me saying that I'm allergic to everything but not Nancy. She tried a few different products and learned about my sensitive areas so that I leave there with glowing skin and no red marks. She also evaluated my products I use on a daily basis and made some helpful suggestions to help my skin look healthier. She's not only knowledgeable she also has a kind and considerate personality and makes you feel very relaxed during the facial. Nancy is amazing! I found Nancy right here on yelp. She knows her stuff and knows what your skin needs. She's removed several large dark spots (damage from sun and age) on my face, which had been on my face for YEARS. I've tried MANY different at-home facial treatments and lotions over the years but absolutely nothing worked but Nancy was able to do just that. My face is brighter and super smooth now! Not only that but now I have smaller pores, and they've always been SUPER huge, even in my youth. You won't be disappointed! Nancy will take care of any skin issues you may have. My battle with my skin has been a looooooong one. I've been battling with adult acne for about 3 years and have been to my GP, to dermatologists, to hormonalists, all without any success. No one has taken the time to get to know my skin and help me get down to what is really going on. I finally have someone in my corner to fight this with me. She makes me feel so motivated and driven to keep at my routine and that less is more! We are finally getting to a good place just in time for my wedding. I cant imagine having my old skin in my wedding photos and thanks to Nancy, I'll feel confident and beautiful! Cant wait to see her agaib! read more

I'm thrilled I found Nancy. She is warm, easy to talk to and knowledgeable about all things skin related. She takes the time to listen to your questions and makes suggestions about how to care for your skin, but she isn't pushy like a lot of previous facialists I've been to. She recommends excellent products that are also affordable. On top of that, she is reasonably priced! I'm happy to be a regular and highly recommend you become one too! read more

My skin has been very problematic because of cystic acne and sensitivity. Nancy knows how to work with my skin perfectly. It's not just her facials and her treatments that make the difference, but also her step-by-step consultation. She really takes the time to help you and gives you thoughtful follow-ups. I did my homework in searching for estheticians in the area, and let my tell you Nancy Norris is pretty affordable especially for the results you'll see. Besides being a great esthetician, there's also the perks that her schedule is very flexible and she has a great personality. I highly recommend her and her services. read more

Nan is not only an amazing esthetician, but also a skin care educator who truly cares for her clients before and after treatment. Upon on my first facial appointment with Nan, she took the time to consult with me about the products I currently use at home. Additionally, she always follows up with me after my treatments to see how my skin is feeling. Every time I've seen Nan, my face has felt less irritated and inflamed than it does with other estheticians, so I am confident that Nan has a deep understanding of all of her products and how to accurately use them on different skin types. She is educated in a lot of facial techniques, such a dermaplaning, which is hard to come by. In my experience, she does not book appointments tightly back to back, so I never feel rushed in or out of her home studio. After years of seeing estheticians in very cold, clinical environments in LA and NYC, I am happy to have found someone as knowledgeable and welcoming as Nan! I'd highly recommend Nan to anyone looking for a relaxing experience from a hands-on skin care professional. read more

I am so happy to have found Nancy. I was referred to her by a friend, she is the best thing to have happened to my skin for a long time. I go to Nancy for many years already. My skin had acne, sun spots, wrinkles , every skin problem possible. Nancy suggested chemical peels. She created a regiment for me so I started getting a custom facials and peels every month. We started with a light chemical peel to see how my face would react, and now we do medium plus peels. OMG! My skin transformed to glowing, even colors, no acne or scars! My face has never looked better! About 99% of my dark spots, acne and redness have been removed, and my skin looks like baby's skin. Thank you, Nancy! read more

Thank you Nancy for saving my skin!! Before seeing Nancy, I had HORRIBLE acne. After about a year of trying to fix it myself (without success) I finally decided to see a professional. I found Nancy on yelp and saw she had great reviews so I decided to book an appointment. That was 7 months ago, and I've gone to her regularly ever since. She saved my skin, cleared my acne, and helped me create a product routine to keep my skin healthy - seriously forever grateful!! I always walk out of my appointments feeling relaxed and with glowing skin. Highly recommend! read more

Nancy is absolutely incredible! My friend gave me a GC for a facial with her and I will def be back. I've had facials before, but no one has ever taken the time to ask me questions about my skin and my routine. She had asked to bring all the products I use and went over each one with me. I learned that a couple of my products were doing the same thing and for me I'm all about simplicity and saving money. Now for the facial, besides the extractions (which I appreciate bc I want to get all that gunk out) it was blissful and surprisingly fun. Nancy made me feel like I was at my best girlfriends house. She even followed up with me the next day to see how my skin was doing/feeling. It's been about a week since I've seen her and my skin looks great! It's brighter and has a glow to it. I can't wait to go back! read more

Nancy is great at her job - she's knowledgeable, nurturing and skillful. I went to see Nancy over the holidays for a much needed facial. I was hesitant due to all of the restrictions right now but two good friends have been going to her for a long time and kept raving about her. I am so happy I went! It was by far the best facial I've ever had. I felt completely safe and totally relaxed. Nancy had so many great product recommendations at very affordable prices which I loved. She also set me up with a morning and nightly routine that's easy to stick to and I saw and felt a difference right away. My skin still feels incredible and I look forward to going back soon. read more

Nancy is the best! I am so grateful I found her through a friend who had highly recommended her. She is beyond knowledgeable about skincare, treatments, peels, acne, anti-aging and more. Nancy is such a lovely, sweet person and takes time to listen to all my skincare concerns and gives me the best product recommendations. I have suffered from horrible cystic acne for years as well as hyperpigmentation and melasma and I can now say my skin looks amazing thanks to Nancy! Not only is Nancy so easy to talk to and professional, she also follows up to see how my skin is reacting after a peel and goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are doing well. I will not miss my monthly appointment with her as it keeps my skin looking so much better than it has ever been - not to mention Nancy's working space is so warm and relaxing - it's the best thing I do for myself every month and I am so happy I found her! I cannot recommend Nancy enough, she truly is the best! read more

I did not expect that in starting treatments with Nancy I would also be making friends with a skin guru. I've had all kinds of facials, micro needling, and peels in the past, and the emphasis was always on my next appointment and selling product. Not only does Nancy not push product, she offers the gift of being available as a knowledgeable caring professional, in and outside of appointments. I've learned a lot from her about product and strengthening my skin care routine and she reminds me through caring conversation how all aspects of my life contribute to a happy healthy self. I found her during COVID which seems miraculous, given the closure of so many practices. I feel very safe when receiving professional treatments at her treatment loft located in a beautiful spotlessly clean and cozy home so I'm only ever with her alone, and she wears a mask and tests often. I feel pampered and my skin looks so amazing every time I see her. I highly recommend Nancy Norris as an intelligent, engaging and caring skin care professional! read more
