Upon on my first facial appointment with Nan, she took the time to consult with me about the products I currently use at home. Additionally, she always follows up with me after my treatments to see how my skin is feeling. Every time I've seen Nan, my face has felt less irritated and inflamed than it does with other estheticians, so I am confident that Nan has a deep understanding of all of her products and how to accurately use them on different skin types.
