The catfish had the lightest, flakiest breading, the greens were incredible (I might need a job here just to learn that recipe), and the candied yams... have mercy. The potato salad was smooth, creamy, and perfectly flavored. The cornbread came out literally smoking hot with butter melting on top and it just melted in your mouth. I could only eat half my meal and I'm already looking forward to finishing the rest later!

The cinnamon and nutmeg in the candied yams were well balanced and reminiscent of a southern Thanksgiving dinner... a little sweet, but yummy nonetheless.
