The fries had had a hint of that yam sauce on it, the perfect mix of sweet, salty, and savory. I had the beef sliders. They were decorated with a lite coating of parmesan and parsley. I opted for the sweet firecracker style sauce instead of putting traditional ketchup on the sliders. I highly recommend experimenting with the different sauces. The seasoned curly fries were great as well and was lightly coated with parmesan too. I could have used a bit more curly fries though. The wings are big and have lots of meat. Very juicy and I love that crunch! Delivery arrived quickly and the food was hot and fresh. I also ordered churros for dessert which were so good! Very messy but worth it!!! My only complaints were the agua frescas were a little thicker than usual. Or more pulp if that makes sense. It felt like I was chewing more than drinking. And I ordered 3 vegan lime mayo sauces and only received one. But my food was delicious.

We ordered a Pulled Chicken composition and Philly Cheesesteak Sammy on the way out of the beer den after purchasing a 4-pack of home grown suds. While the Belgian Tripel went of $23, the amazingly tasty sliders were boxed expertly for $8 for a deuce, prepared the way you want it. Ample sauces, peppers, onions, relishes and melty cheese to beat the band. When we arrived home five minutes later, we broke open the grub and brew at the kitchen table and went off devouring the solids and guzzling the liquids. Really, the Stuff'd Bunz were terrific; plenty of flavors and textures to entertain the tastebuds, and leave you wanting more. Strong BBQ base under sours and sweets and crunchies, held together by something that reminded of a potato bun. Even the mock Cheesesteak was a big chew hoot and a half. Gooey cheese over finely chopped beef, with onion mixed in. Not the Prince of Steaks, but a damn good facsimile. Washed all that down with the expensive amber ale, and we were sated, if not poorer for the experience. When Covid is defeated, I look forward to hanging out at the bar and enjoying the wonderful repast to the fullest. Until then, takeaway is the only safe way to go.

The old phone number I had saved still worked to make an advance order, and when I showed up and took a photo of the new truck, the guy inside said, "been a while since you were here?" My spice tolerance has improved a lot since my first review; by the end of college I was getting medium instead of mild, which I also got this most recent time, but I think I can actually handle spicy now and will make a note to do that next time. The burrito is still the best I've ever had, and that includes what I ate in the Mission of SF. An absolutely enormous portion with juicy meat, cheese, salsa, pico, lettuce, rice, beans, and even a generous helping of avocado. And the tortilla is seared on the grill just right, giving it an extra crisp while sealing the whole package together. Not many burritos have all the details down so perfectly like that. Anyone who works or studies near Tacos Don Memo is lucky to have such an authentic, delicious, and affordable Mexican lunch spot around.
