They were able to come out sane day, which was pretty impressive. We got a package that included pre-treat for stains and spills. I'm not certain the pre-treat made a difference as there were a couple spots the technician didn't get out. Funny enough I got them out after he left, so either he didn't give enough effort or my cleaning skills are better. Lol. I really don't know the deal with that, but thought it was worth mentioning. Overall we were satisfied with the job done. We had to leave fan on sectional all night to dry and it was still damp in places in the morning. In the past other companies seem to have dried faster but again no big deal.

Sparkling Maid cleaning service really does live up to its name as I was in need of an office cleaning and they left it sparkling indeed! Maria the cleaning lady was very thorough and you could hardly see any speck of dust after she was done. Every crevice and crack was cleaned to perfection and they really do offer a top notch cleaning service. I was shocked to see that they had actually lived up to their 5-star reviews because with other services, I've experienced less than satisfactory and would seem like they rushed through everything. But not with Sparkly Maid of North Short because they have excellent customer service and are also quick to reply in case of any questions. Overall, they are a great service and I definitely recommend them. You can also check on yelp because they sometimes also have great deals!

The smaller bills were left behind. We had specifically booked the same single cleaner. Instead, she arrived with three additional strangers who were never disclosed to or approved by us. Before discovering the loss, we paid $252 and tipped the crew $80. We have never requested those payments back--only our approximately $600 in missing cash and damage. Sparkly Maid acknowledged receiving our damage photos, then later claimed we provided no evidence. It delayed addressing our claim while repeatedly insisting on a telephone call despite our request to keep everything in writing. It provided no insurance or bond claim information, called us emotional and unprofessional, and ended its response with "see you in court." I would never allow this company into my home again and believe others should be warned about its unprofessional and unethical practices. I wish zero stars was an available choice.

My cleaner was in my small house (944 sq ft) for 2 hours ($80) and I could tell she mopped the floors, vacuumed and wiped down some areas like the fridge and freezer but I still had to spend a lot of time cleaning myself, like the floor of the bathroom and all the cabinets/shelving before I could even consider moving in. It's likely my fault for not asking more questions about what a "move-in" clean entailed but I guessed it was going to be a bit more thorough than what I actually got. I probably should have gone with the "deep clean" in this situation.
