The resort is very mountainous looking resort on the outside, in fact very inviting. This location is on the outskirts of the busy Canmore Town. With hiking trails to town or by the river. The staff very friendly and accommodating upon checkin. There is 2 levels of underground parking for guests. Upon arriving to our suite as we entered it was like entering a apartment full kitchen with counter seating for 4 and huge table, 2 bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms, washer and dryer, living room with fireplace, a balcony with BBQ. Looking over the courtyard and pool. Considering how full this resort was with guests, it's very quiet inside the unit. There is a cafe connected to the resort called Black Dog Cafe. Note: stay away it's very over priced below par food with very slow service. Better off going to Tim Hortons down the road for half the price and fresh hot breakfast. There is a cute Deli called Bohemian smoked meat Czech Deli across the street highly recommend! Freshly made sandwiches and soups. In the Garden centre of all places is a Tea house with gourmet Japanese breakfast or Lunch made fresh everyday called Wagashi. This resort is very well situated amongst the mountains and away from town. Will be back in the future had a fantastic stay.

Full kitchen was very convenient for breakfast and some dinners, especially for the kids. Every room has a patio with a gas grill. Pool is small but it was nice. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. Our room came out to about $650 CAD/night in the middle of high season which was pretty reasonable.

We hadn't been here since Delta owned all 3 buildings. Now the 3 buildings are independently owned…read more Checkin for all 3 is at the Pomeroy (Marriott) which was the main lodge. It's expensive here but you come for the scenery and amenities. Be prepared for all the extra fees - about $65 tacked on. We came on a Saturday to attend a wedding. Parking outside was easy and convenient. The wedding was at 1p and we arrived at 1230p so we proceeded to the checkin counter to see if we could get early checkin. We have a 3 year old that naps in the afternoon and were hoping we could get into out room in between ceremony and reception. We were told they'd try but lots of people are asking and they would call us if it was ready. Regular checkin is at 4p. Staying at Crosswaters you still have access to all the amenities for all 3 hotels. This includes restaurants, spa, swimming pool, fitness centre. We checked back at 330p and were told that our room still wasn't ready. They could however, upgrade us to a king loft with pull out sofabed. We had booked 2 standard queen rooms before. We decided to take the upgrade so that our son could sleep right away. Really appreciate the service on that. We had never stayed in this building and we were pleasantly surprised. The loft was huge! There was a main floor bathroom with tub and separate standing shower. The living room was also huge with lots of closet space, a dining table, and a desk. Upstairs there also was lots of closet space, plenty of shelving and cabinets. The bathroom was also large with a a huge standing shower. Both showers had rain shower and a handheld and stocked all the usual amenities. We were quite impressed. The kids really enjoyed the extra space to play and the loft gave the parents some alone and quiet time. The next day we visited the swimming pool. They had renovated it and there are 3 water slides and a kids slide as well as 2 water guns. The kids slide is in a shallow area so great for the little ones and separated by a low wall to the deep end. The hot tub hadn't changed and it had both an indoor and outdoor part. Change rooms had had free combination lockers which was a nice touch. Kids really enjoyed this end to our trip. Checkout was painless. Kids wanted to spemd an extra night. Perhaps another time.

We were looking for a nice getaway in October that was dog friendly. Enter Clique! Although Clique…read morewas similar to other dog friendly hotels in that they charge a pet fee per day, they had a lot of additional benefits that really made my pet feel at home. When we arrived, there was a welcome note, dog treat, dog bags, and a coupon for dog services. They also put us in a room on the ground floor so I could easily take my dog out for walks. In addition to an amazing dog friendly vibe, I was really impressed with the service. We called the front desk to ask whether they thought bear spray was necessary when we went hiking, and they proceeded to inform us that they had bear spray we could borrow for free. Furthermore, we really enjoyed the room. The kitchen had all the essentials, the tub in the bathroom was deep, the fireplace was a nice touch, the underground parking kept us warm, and we loved having laundry facilities in the room. Finally, there was a hot tub on site. We had a baby and a dog so we didn't have time to use it, but I could see how it would be fun on a cold night.

Products..........i.e. toiletries-good Gym- no sanitizer wipes No cups to drink h20 4. Amenities........great 5. Signage...........lacking 6. Suits................very nice prettier than most hotels since it's condo type 7. Layout............confusing Overall...very nice place to stay in. I would recommend it for a vacation splurge if you do want a good winding laid back ambiance. The location is very easy to find if you are coming from calgary it's the first canmore exit you see. If you are coming from Banff it's exit 91. They got pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Gotta say the fitness center is weird....you have to go into the shower room then when you go out the set of doors...theres the gym it's on the 1st floor where the courtyard is. The check in time is at 4pm and checkout at 11am Reception at 2nd level. They do have suits on the 1st level as well...where the parkade is... I didn't like how there's no sign going to the elevator or to the suits or pool. What I really like is the suite we stayed in even have laundry facility. Bonus! The cutleries, dishes etc are build for the number of people allowed in a suite. If you 2 bedroom 4 people...then u get 4 set of plates n cutleries. All the appliances are very nice and we'll kept. Each suite have their own bbq. So you can bring or buy whatever you wanna eat...cheaper than eat out. Overall it's a great stay. I would come back...
