I asked O'Grandmother Google and she sent me to this dog place. I was greeted with a very knowledgeable person who was very helpful and friendly. I am giving a 5 star rating based on one phone call but you know they're a dog person when hear them talk like this guy did. I am thinking about starting my dogs training program here if I can't find what I'm looking for soon.

Not only did she walk and play with & love them, but she also kept me updated with pictures and regular communication, which gave me such peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and truly exceptional sitter. It was wonderful coming home to a sparkling house and happy wagging tails She is incredibly friendly, responsible, and attentive--the animals absolutely loved her. On top of caring for them so well, she even helped around the house, reorganized my kitchen, watered my plants and left everything spotless. I couldn't believe how clean my home was when I returned! One of my dogs needed pain medication every 12 hours, and she took care of it so I didn't have to worry! Thank you Kimberly! They all miss you!

In short, the receptionist was rude to my mom, I called and she was also rude to me, was irritated with my questions, she yelled at me, therefore antagonizing me, and when I called her out on her behavior and asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me. I drove to complain in person, the manager had no way to verify what happened and it was clear to me they lack employee oversight. She apologized for "how I feel" instead of the girl's behavior while mostly correcting me for losing my temper when I was antagonized. Now, I am reading SEVERAL similar reviews about their front desk. It is a shame because I believe their vets are good ones. This place has no clue the effect mean-spirited employees have on their clients. I was calling about a puppy - we are happy customers with no reason to be upset. This should have been an easy one for them. Honestly, if I am going to be stressed out, my dog will be too. PASS!

I called around to a few places and no one could get her in on short notice or as an emergency, we called riverside and from the moment Shay picked up the phone the riverside staff were the best people in the world to us. We brought our dog down and they did a quick exam affirming that we already knew it was her time. They gave us plenty of time and space to say goodbye to our best friend and were so unbelievably compassionate. At such a hard moment it was so nice to be surrounded by people who not only obviously cared about our dog but also cared about us and how we were feeling and doing. They made sure we understood all the steps and answered all the questions we had. We truly cannot thank Riverside staff enough for the love and support that was in the exam room that day. We will definitely bring our pets here from now on. Thank you all for the wonderful work you do.
