I went in for the $50 Xeomin promotion, but it felt like the promotion was mainly a way to get you in the door and then upsell you. I was told that if I only did the promotional forehead treatment, it could look too heavy and I would need additional units around the eyebrow area to make it look right. First I was told 20 more units, then 10 more units. My 30-minute appointment also turned into almost an hour of paperwork and consultations with multiple people. I left without treatment because the $50 promotion did not feel as simple or straightforward as advertised. The first girl who checked me in kept trying to upsell me and told me I needed chin filler or Botox. I could have easily said she needed a gym membership but didn't. I chose Restylane Contour for a more heightened, Bratz doll look. I think it's so cool how NakedMD offers so many different types of filler and recommends the best one depending on your goals. The girls here treated me so well. They brought me caprisun because I tend to get dizzy around needles. They went above and beyond to help me decide what filler I wanted. My injector, Casey, was amazing! She had such great energy and made me feel comfortable the whole time. When I felt like passing out during the service, the girls brought me caprisun and mott's gummies (my favorite!). Casey was so gentle with my lips and was super attentive when I told her how I wanted my lips. I would give 5 stars for the service and the girls, but I'm giving 4 stars overall because of the way the deal is set up. Ash did my filler, and she listened well to what I was looking for, while still giving her own suggestions. She used 70% of my syringe before showing me where I was at and then asked where I would want more volume. I wanted more fullness in my bottom lip and she suggested the placement and got my confirmation before continuing. My results were fantastic. I waited two weeks to write this review to show photos. About 5 minutes later, I was seated in my room and had my consultation with another lady through a web call. A couple minutes later, Kristall came back to go over the different types of filler, and that's when I learned the advertised $199 special was for Versa. I ended up choosing Juvederm, which was about 2x more expensive. I waited a little longer since I specifically requested Janet to do mine because it was my first time getting lip filler, and I kept seeing great reviews about her. About 15-20 minutes later, she came in, greeted me, and walked me through the whole procedure. She also let me know the first poke was going to sting, and honestly, being prepared for that helped me not go into shock. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone new to Botox, fillers, or similar treatments. I came in wanting a refreshed, natural look. I already have strong facial features and was very clear that I did not want to look overfilled. That is exactly what happened. The consultation was handled by the front desk rather than a medical provider. She recommended the naked glow+ treatment, chin, jaw, and lips filler.... I said multiple times--to both the front desk and the nurse-- are you sure this will not make me look overdone ? And they proceeded to tell me to trust "we have a lot of room to work with" I wanted something subtle and did not need a lot of volume, especially in the cheeks. I just wanted to fix my under eyes mainly... I still left with more product than I wanted. As I'm looking at the reviews it does seems like they push on this procedure to a lot of people. Radiasse is not something everyone is subtable for and they don't care to actually access you with honesty. It is now day 5. My face does not look right. My cheeks look puffy, I cannot smile normally, and I look overfilled. This is the opposite of what I asked for. During the appointment I asked the nurse to stop because I felt I was already overdone. She told me to relax and that it was not the final result, then became frustrated when I continued to express concern and told me to trust her. I felt pressured to continue. With the lips, I only wanted a small amount in the upper lip. After 0.25 mL I said it already looked full and asked her to stop. She asked whether I wanted to "waste the rest of the product." I should not have been made to feel that I had to accept more than I was comfortable with. I was also not told that Radiesse is not reversible which is something they should let you know. I am now very unhappy with how I look and feel overwhelmed. This clinic appeared more focused on selling additional treatments than on giving an honest assessment of what I actually needed. A few other people have mentioned that here and it's true. If you are experienced and know exactly what to request, this might be your clinic. If you are new and want a conservative, natural result with straightforward advice, I would look elsewhere. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30 PM and arrived about 15 minutes early after driving approximately 35-40 minutes to this location. I was brought into the room and completed the required phone check-in with a nurse practitioner to be cleared. After that, no one ever came in to check on me or provide an update. I waited in the room for a full hour and left at 5:30 PM without being seen. To make matters worse, I later received an automated "thank you for visiting" text, despite the fact that no services were provided and no one followed up or apologized. My appointment confirmation had said my injector was Janet after doing research, I found Janet was great injector. come to my appointment, someone else did my intake and then a different girl came in to do my injection. I found that really odd that the person doing my treatment wasn't the same person as my injector. I feel like the person doing my intake should have done my treatment especially if we're communicating back and fourth on what I expected of my lips. I was also upset to find out that Janet wasn't the one doing my treatment. But since they were already 30 minutes late, I was in quite a bit of a rush so I decided not to say anything and hope for the best that this injector whom I didn't do research on was a good injector. It's been a few days after my treatment and I'm really upset about my filler. I work at a medspa and so I know what bad and good technique is. My injector definitely didn't have great technique and focused the filler on one spot and didn't build any volume. I've been trying to massage it and move the filler around but it's not good work. I paid $377 for forehead tox, a full syringe of filler, lip flip, and facial just to show up and get "consulted" by someone who wasn't even a nurse. She told me the tox they use would make my face look droopy or heavy and that I should pay more for Botox. Then she said their filler makes lips look ducky, feels hard, and migrates -- and tried to upsell me another $400 for Restylane. The whole thing felt shady. She even tried to tell me I still had filler in my lips when I had them dissolved 3 years ago (three times!). At that point I knew something was off. I refused to get anything done because it felt like a total scam. Honestly, How am I supposed to trust someone whose own face looks completely botched?
