However, when I arrived at the spa, I was told that no room was available and they could not honor my appointment. Apparently they are suppose to call 24hrs in advance to confirm but nobody called me in advance to notify me of it not being available . Instead, I received a message only after I had already arrived onsite. The staff acknowledged the problem but said there was nothing they could do. This showed a lack of organization and respect for customers' time. If an appointment cannot be accommodated, customers should be notified well in advance--not after they have taken the time to travel to the location. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional booking experience.

Second, while I arrived on time and there were about 3 technicians milling about they were 20 minutes late getting to me, even when there was only one other person waiting. I saw great results almost immediately after. -1 star because I think communication around medication/antibiotics use beforehand could be improved. My first time visit here they weren't able to treat me because I was on an antibiotic, a quick call or questionnaire beforehand could have saved me the trip there.
