I had an appointment for a sculptra + prf service and am so happy with my results on day 1. Brittany took my photos to go over where I wanted enhancements and was patient. Jess was the awesome nurse who provided me with results I'm happy with. Glad I came here. read more

Yesterday was my fourth visit, and I honestly can't say enough good things about Ashlee. I went back to her a few weeks ago for TMJ treatment and immediately appreciated how knowledgeable and honest she is. She genuinely wants what's best for her clients and isn't the type to recommend treatments you don't need. At that appointment, I mentioned wanting a little more lip filler, and she actually told me she didn't think I needed it--which I really respected. But after thinking about it, I decided I still wanted a little more volume, so I went back to Ashlee yesterday. She took her time, listened to exactly what I was looking for, and made sure my lips turned out just the way I wanted. She's incredibly talented, makes every appointment enjoyable, and truly cares about her work and her clients. I'll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend seeing Ashlee! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Katrina! She took the time to listen to my concerns about my previous appointment, and suggested a few more units to correct an issue I was had. She really is so professional and sweet! She makes you feel so comfortable and goes with a conservative approach so you still look like yourself. Overall, the procedure was quick, painless, and the results turned out perfect. The Naked office is always so is very clean, and always so welcoming. Highly recommend the Downey location. read more

I absolutely love NakedMD. I have been coming here since they opened and I absolutely recommend Jess, RN. She is amazing and has a gentle touch as well as a keen eye for a natural aesthetic! I like to look good but not overdone and Jess has executed every time. Im a regular with botox, lip filler, and collagel and have recommended plenty of my friends who also adore Jess! read more

Came to the Downey location for Botox. My injector's name was Ashlee. She did such an amazing job explaining the over all process and was soo knowledgeable about placement. Ashlee was patient and kind; she made the overall experience great! Pricing was affordable as I enrolled in their monthly membership pricing. I will be returning & booking with Ashlee! read more

This was my second visit to NakedND, and just like the first time, it was an amazing experience! :) I came here for microneedling with PRF! All the staff were so kind, and Ashley, who guided me through and performed the treatment, was so careful and kind the whole time she made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I honestly felt 0% nervous haha. I can't wait to see the results in a few weeks and come back for my next session! read more

I had such a great experience at NakedMD, especially with Nurse Ashley! She was very attentive, friendly, and gentle throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated how she took the time to look at the products I've been using and helped me tweak my skincare routine for better results during aftercare. My microneedling treatment went smoothly, and she made me feel really comfortable the whole time. What stood out the most was how she helped me create a plan for my skin goals instead of just focusing on the service. I'm really excited to see my results and will definitely be back! I'd like to add that I don't do well with needles AT ALL but she definitely helped make it a breeze. read more

Let me start off by saying the interior design of the place was amazing! Super aesthetic, clean and friendly staff. I am a first time customer here and it was also my first time getting lip filler. As anyone would be, I was nervous and a bit scared but my nurse injector, Katrina, was EXCELLENT!!!!! She did such an amazing job at talking me through the process step by step. She did everything in her control to make me feel comfortable, not only myself but my emotions support (sister). She was so sweet and down to earth. She was detailed and careful with my skin. I am definitely going to be coming back with her. I highly recommend asking for Katrina. Thank you again!!!!! 10/10!! read more

Very bad decision coming to NakedMD for my lip filler. I did 1 full syringe of Restylane as the nurse recommended I should (instead of Juvederm what I wanted) and it's been 1 month now and it doesn't even seem like I got any lip filler! I basically threw $399 in the trash. I've received lip filler in the past at other places and never experienced this. I wanted to like NakedMD but I can't believe I paid for basically nothing. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at the NakedMD location. My cousin and I were both returning clients and I scheduled a 5:30 PM appointment for Botox on a Saturday. We arrived on time and were immediately told the wait would be about 30 minutes past our appointment time. The check-in process was also frustrating. The iPad used for check-in was struggling to work and mine died halfway through the process. My cousin then had to complete all the new client paperwork again despite being a returning client. She apparently had 2 profiles in the system and still had to complete all paperwork despite them being merged. This location closes at 6 PM on Saturdays. When we checked back with the front desk at 6 PM, we were told there were still three clients ahead of us and the delays were because people were adding services to their appointments. When we asked how much longer it would be, the staff could not give us any timeframe at all. I asked if my card on file would be charged if we decided to leave since they were unable to honor our appointment time. Only then did they check in the back to see if they could get us into a room. They came back and said they couldn't, but mentioned that once we were seen the Botox would only take about 10 minutes. They also explained they were backed up because lip appointments were popular that day and those take longer. Overall, the lack of time management and communication was extremely frustrating. If the procedure truly takes about 10 minutes, our scheduled appointment should have been honored or at the very least managed better. Instead, we waited past closing time with no clear answers. Unfortunately, they lost two returning clients that day. We ended up going to DOS Skin instead and received amazing Botox and service right away. I hope NakedMD improves their scheduling and communication in the future. read more

My name is Tara & I had an appt with this location on 3/28 for Collagel Eye. I've had this done before at this same location & I've had PRF EZ Gel done about 4 or 5 times at a different Med Spa. I stopped going to the other Med Spa because they're only open M-F 8-5 so Naked MD offered me more appt flexibility with my work hours. So, I'm familiar with different procedures & have had Collagel Eye before at this same location but my injector this last appt was brutal! EXTREMELY! She had NO TYPE of ease & keep saying a million times are u ok knowing clearly I wasn't. I was bleeding so bad all over my face, which never happened before & she had the nerve to ask if possibly I'd had caffeine or if I had any alcohol which may have caused the excessive bleeding. I dont do either! She just didn't know what she was doing. She also told me before the procedure I had extra product which made me feel great but after all of the aggression & bleeding she gave me a mirror to see my results & I saw absolutely NO DIFFERENCE! She then said that she didn't want to over fill my eye area because I would look puffy. So I told her "so you would rather under fill me which shows no difference?" And she tells me, "well you have extra product do you want to use it?" What??!! Of course I do! She just wanted to stop because I think she didn't want to continue because her skill just wasn't there. I'm so NOT pleased with my results or the experience. read more

First timer for lip filler, and I'm obsessed! My injector was Chanel, and she's fantastic! The pain was minor, and the outcome was great! I truly appreciate the place; everyone there is friendly, helpful, and informed. read more

The girls at the front deck that tried to sell stuff not needed or that one may need, but who are they to say they are not medical professionals. Makes no sense. Hated this location. read more

The injector was lovely and I am happy with my results. However, the experience of having somebody try to upsell me was disappointing as others have mentioned. Basically she lists four or five fillers and their pricing. However, only the most expensive one would "fit what I'm looking for" according to her. All of the other ones were touted as not really good. The one that was on sale, versa, is shown to have great results but she stated that most people who get it are disappointed. Anyway, I wouldn't choose this place again because of that upselling nonsense. read more

I was lucky to have Katrina not only as my injector but also as the educator guiding the nurse who was injecting me. She's warm, kind, patient, and absolutely hilarious! She took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions before, during, and after the appointment. I felt completely at ease with her and appreciated her thoughtful recommendations on other treatments that could benefit me. Katrina was also an excellent educator--she guided her trainee with ease and confidence, which helped me feel even more comfortable while receiving my tox and PRF treatments. 10/10 would return to her! read more

Yes ,super recommend,I'm sorry I forgot the name who injected my lips she was super informative & nice.

I was numbed for lip filler before even having a consultation, only to be told afterward that I couldn't be injected because I had recently received a flu vaccine. The consultation should have happened first--I left with numb lips for no reason. When I returned ( two weeks after), the injections were done very quickly, and the staff seemed rude and not attentive to my desired results. They also tried to upsell me on a more expensive filler even though I had already booked a promotional filler. Overall, the experience felt rushed. I'd likely try a different location next time. read more

Nice clean place! Girls very kind and polite. Very welcoming however I came in for a naked lip filler for 199 upon consulting with what seems like a salesperson she advised I do not get the versa lip filler as it is not intended specifically for lips. I knew $199 seemed too good to be true and I was right she then recommended 2 other lip filler brands with different prices I proceeded with restylane L then my injector CRYSTAL arrived , she is so sweet, patient and caring. I told her I was nervous and she did her best to reassure things would be okay. We went over my lip goals and she precisely injected with the lightest touch. She did such an amazing job and was very precise with her work ! Definitely recommend CRYSTAL read more

I came here for a zo minimalist facial with Trinity. The waiting area was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Trinity quickly came out to get me and took me to a room. My facial lasted about an hour. They use medical grade products that smell amazing. She also did extractions focusing on my nose and chin. Lastly she finished off with some red light therapy. She gave me suggestions for after care and even sent me home with samples. I will definitely be coming back with Trinity! read more
