I don't usually write negative reviews, but given the cost and nature of IV therapy, I feel this experience needs to be shared. I went to Dripp IV on Friday for a Myers Cocktail drip. I called ahead and scheduled appointments for myself and my partner. During scheduling, we were told all IVs would be 50% off for first-time clients. We completed the intake process (which took about 20 minutes) and then arrived for our appointment. Once there, I opted for the Boss Lady drip, which is listed as a Myers Cocktail with a larger 1000cc bag and added vitamin D. At no point was I told this drip was excluded from the first-time discount, and it appears on the same menu as the other IVs with no exclusions noted. At checkout, I was told it "didn't qualify," which felt misleading and inconsistent with what was communicated both over the phone and online. Second, while the person who placed the IV was very kind, I experienced significant swelling the entire day and now have noticeable bruising days later (photo attached). This is not my first experience with IV therapy -- I've had pIV drips in the past -- and this reaction was unusual for me. Third, a Myers Cocktail typically has a yellow tint due to the vitamin content. Both my IV bag and my partner's were completely clear, which raised concerns about whether the formulation matched what was advertised. Lastly, checkout took an additional 15+ minutes while staff called management to figure out how to apply the discount to the one IV that was included, adding unnecessary wait time after an already lengthy visit. For a service that costs this much, the experience didn't match the price point. I wanted to feel confident about what I was receiving, and unfortunately, I left with more questions than benefits. If you're looking for IV therapy to feel refreshed or supported, this may not be the best option. read more

I went in yesterday for a first time appointment since I purchased a Groupon. The staff were very nice. I wish they had upfront costs displayed without having to download the app (which also doesn't have the prices listed) so that you knew what you were getting yourself into. I didn't know they were running a 50% off deal until I heard multiple people saying it while checking in so I felt cheated out of the Groupon. I got a myers cocktail w glutathione insertion but I noticed that the bag was clear. I've had multiple myers ivs done and the bag is always yellow. Never clear. Not sure what that's about. I also do not like how my Iv site has settled in less than 24 hours. I know it took the nurse som time to get to my vein but I've never had this develop after an Iv insertion and develop a big ball. Overall it's a nice place but I'm not sure if I would come back since I'm still unclear what was inserted due to the lack of communication and the impact on my Iv site. read more

As someone who is IV certified myself - I am very weirded out that the IV bags we received were completely clear. I watched the nurse (she was super sweet and had a very good hand) inject the glutathione into my bag but it was an extremely small amount and that was the only thing injected. The glutathione glow is supposed to include more vitamin additives than that I was told? Also - a clear myers cocktail?! That's so weird. That iv bag alone should have several additives and be yellow in color due to the B vitamins. Other people in the room were also asking about the bag being clear and they claimed it was clear from the pharmacy this time...When we specifically asked after the fact - we were told by the receptionist that they were out of B complex vitamins but yet we were still offered the IV that was supposed to include them & were charged.... I'm disappointed. I don't think all vitamin additives are being routinely added to the saline bags. I feel like I paid $100 for a $6 saline bag.... read more
