I had originally made a Botox appt and after reviewing my responses I got a call explaining how the Botox would not really make a difference on my wedding day and recommended another option for me. I thought that was great given that I'm VERY new to this facials and Botox stuff. Upon getting there the location is in a good visible spot and easy to park. The front desk girl was very pleasant and the office smelled nice and is very clean (HUGE plus). I was then greeted by Itzel. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and I liked that she explained everything she was doing. For a first timer like myself who lacked beauty treatment knowledge, I felt Itzel did a great job at explaining step by step what was being done and what it was for. I also did the IV therapy.
