A NAD treatment is a 2-4 hour session so I was hesitant to have a stranger just camp out in my home for such a long period of time. BUT this is where this company shines. The got a call from the customer service moderator and I was able to be paired with a female technician. Treatment/Experience: My technician, Tricia, is a fantastic human being. She explained the process of getting an NAD treatment, what to expect during the treatment, and overall answered any questions that popped in my head. She has a gentle touch so I did not feel a thing when she started the IV. The most important thing for me is that she is a great conversationalist. This made the 2 hour session fly by quickly.
