I don't usually write negative reviews, but given the cost and nature of IV therapy, I feel this…read moreexperience needs to be shared. I went to Dripp IV on Friday for a Myers Cocktail drip. I called ahead and scheduled appointments for myself and my partner. During scheduling, we were told all IVs would be 50% off for first-time clients. We completed the intake process (which took about 20 minutes) and then arrived for our appointment. Once there, I opted for the Boss Lady drip, which is listed as a Myers Cocktail with a larger 1000cc bag and added vitamin D. At no point was I told this drip was excluded from the first-time discount, and it appears on the same menu as the other IVs with no exclusions noted. At checkout, I was told it "didn't qualify," which felt misleading and inconsistent with what was communicated both over the phone and online. Second, while the person who placed the IV was very kind, I experienced significant swelling the entire day and now have noticeable bruising days later (photo attached). This is not my first experience with IV therapy -- I've had pIV drips in the past -- and this reaction was unusual for me. Third, a Myers Cocktail typically has a yellow tint due to the vitamin content. Both my IV bag and my partner's were completely clear, which raised concerns about whether the formulation matched what was advertised. Lastly, checkout took an additional 15+ minutes while staff called management to figure out how to apply the discount to the one IV that was included, adding unnecessary wait time after an already lengthy visit. For a service that costs this much, the experience didn't match the price point. I wanted to feel confident about what I was receiving, and unfortunately, I left with more questions than benefits. If you're looking for IV therapy to feel refreshed or supported, this may not be the best option.

The office is impeccably maintained, beautifully appointed, and immediately instills a sense of comfort and confidence. I had a facial with Itzel, and it was among the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I've experienced. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, taking the time to thoughtfully assess my skin and customize the treatment to its specific needs, without resorting to unnecessary or pushy upselling. My complexion felt deeply refreshed, radiant, and noticeably healthier afterward. I also received Botox from Angie, whose expertise, precision, and artistic eye inspired complete confidence. She listened carefully to my goals, explained every step of the process, and achieved beautifully natural results, softening fine lines while preserving expression and balance. Her technical skill and aesthetic judgment are noticeably outstanding. What truly distinguishes True Bella Medical Esthetics is its unwavering commitment to personalized care, clinical excellence, and genuine patient satisfaction. Every interaction reflected respectful professionalism, kindness, integrity, and meticulous attention to detail. After investing considerable time and money at numerous medical spas throughout LA & OC, discovering True Bella was genuinely refreshing. They have earned my trust and highest recommendation, and I look forward to returning for future treatments.

I must admit, it was the best decision ever! I had originally made a Botox appt and after reviewing my responses I got a call explaining how the Botox would not really make a difference on my wedding day and recommended another option for me. I thought that was great given that I'm VERY new to this facials and Botox stuff. Upon getting there the location is in a good visible spot and easy to park. The front desk girl was very pleasant and the office smelled nice and is very clean (HUGE plus). I was then greeted by Itzel. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and I liked that she explained everything she was doing. For a first timer like myself who lacked beauty treatment knowledge, I felt Itzel did a great job at explaining step by step what was being done and what it was for. I also did the IV therapy. It was a 10/10! With the hours I work and the lack of sleep and nutrients this was an additional booster I needed. I felt energized and felt like it completed my day!

The IV itself is a great product and the nurses are fantastic. Because of that, I gave this place many chances, hopeful that the receptionists and management would get it together, but unfortunately there is a pattern of poor communication between the front desk and very poor customer service. Don't wast your money here and go to an IV place that's better organized. Also parking is tricky.

He explained everything he was doing and why, and I really appreciated how knowledgeable he was without ever making it feel overwhelming. And I have to say, I was genuinely shocked by how good I felt the next day. I slept SO well and woke up feeling rested, clear-headed, and just...different in the best way. I had a long training that day, and normally by the end of something like that I'm completely drained, but I still had energy and felt great. The funniest part was my skin. I remember looking in the mirror thinking, "Wow, my glow sunscreen looks really good today!" Then I realized there was no way my sunscreen was still making my skin look that hydrated and glowy hours later. I hadn't even considered that I might notice a difference in my skin after the IV. I'm seriously floored by the whole experience. I felt amazing, my skin looked amazing, and Tony made the entire process so comfortable. She asked me several times about it. If you're working checking in clients wouldn't you have that information on your computer screen, asking multiple times is dumb. I reserved my services for one specific IV service and was constantly pushed for more services. I just came for what I want, telling me I need this and that is really obnoxious and overwhelming. The "nurse" that placed the IV had NO GLOVES on‼ She also removed the IV with no gloves‼. Lastly since I didn't buy into their upselling so the "doctor" was complaining out loud in another area of the place about it and also their friendliness didn't extend to my leaving. Overall I wouldn't go again. They push to upsell so hard and they are not sanitary enough to wear gloves.
