I called ahead and scheduled appointments for myself and my partner. During scheduling, we were told all IVs would be 50% off for first-time clients. We completed the intake process (which took about 20 minutes) and then arrived for our appointment. Once there, I opted for the Boss Lady drip, which is listed as a Myers Cocktail with a larger 1000cc bag and added vitamin D. At no point was I told this drip was excluded from the first-time discount, and it appears on the same menu as the other IVs with no exclusions noted. At checkout, I was told it "didn't qualify," which felt misleading and inconsistent with what was communicated both over the phone and online. Second, while the person who placed the IV was very kind, I experienced significant swelling the entire day and now have noticeable bruising days later (photo attached). This is not my first experience with IV therapy -- I've had pIV drips in the past -- and this reaction was unusual for me. Third, a Myers Cocktail typically has a yellow tint due to the vitamin content. Both my IV bag and my partner's were completely clear, which raised concerns about whether the formulation matched what was advertised. Lastly, checkout took an additional 15+ minutes while staff called management to figure out how to apply the discount to the one IV that was included, adding unnecessary wait time after an already lengthy visit. For a service that costs this much, the experience didn't match the price point. I wanted to feel confident about what I was receiving, and unfortunately, I left with more questions than benefits. If you're looking for IV therapy to feel refreshed or supported, this may not be the best option.

After going to ER at UCI and UCLA earlier in the year, the staff at UCLA pinpointed the illness and I've been treated by a dermatologist that specializes in PV. In addition to various medicines I also have been treated with IV infusions at UCLA. After discovering KabaFusion IVIG Pharmacy, I received my first delivery at home last Friday after being approved that morning. I received the box of items needed for my three day infusion that afternoon . On Monday an RN showed up and gave me my first of three treatments - each session lasting 6 hours. KabaFusion also scheduled the appointments - with a staff of 40 nurses they have on call that execute the in home visits. Each day I had a different nurse but all of them were friendly, punctual, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. A big Thank you to Marrion,Tracy and Radiance!;) In addition to saving me the hassle of driving to UCLA in Westwood which can take up to 2 hours each way. I don't have to get stressed out battling the traffic and pay for parking each visit. My insurance covers all the medicine, supplies, in house call by the nurse. BTW, Kaba has several offices if you desire to have infusion at one of their locations. The procedure at home is so convenient, I'll be sure to use an in home procedure for future treatments again!

I reserved my services for one specific IV service and was constantly pushed for more services. I just came for what I want, telling me I need this and that is really obnoxious and overwhelming. The "nurse" that placed the IV had NO GLOVES on‼ She also removed the IV with no gloves‼. Lastly since I didn't buy into their upselling so the "doctor" was complaining out loud in another area of the place about it and also their friendliness didn't extend to my leaving. Overall I wouldn't go again. They push to upsell so hard and they are not sanitary enough to wear gloves.
