Working with KabaFusion as a patient has been excruciating. I cannot get the simplest of things done. More than once, I've had to postpone an infusion because the office could not find a way to get themselves together to send out meds or supplies on time.
Want to order new meds for a longstanding prescription? Expect to have to talk to 3 different offices (who don't talk to one another), and relay the same information over an over again. Be ready to pay for expedited shipping because 3 weeks' notice was not enough advance notice for them to get meds sent.
Want to get your meds on time for your next scheduled infusion? Ha! Good luck. Best to plan 3-4 weeks in advance, and call every 3 days. Your rep will never, ever answer the phone, and will only respond to every third email.
Want an updated pump that your doctor has ordered? They will lose all record of you in the system, and you'll have to start over.
Want to get a statement for services rendered? Rest assured that you must pay up front, but no one will ever send you an itemized statement.
Systems in one office don't talk to systems in another office. The system has lost all record of my $10K monthly (out of pocket!) treatment more than once.
Did you give KF strict instructions not to randomize your doctor's office without permission (because the doctor charges for their time)? Rest assured that they will ignore that altogether -- and you will foot the bill.
I explicitly asked up front for details about how the process, legal agreements, payment arrangements, and logistics worked. Literally nothing has matched the explanation I was given.
If you want to work with KF, you'd best have a lot of patience, not have a job, and be able to patiently explain yourself over and over again to people who should be able to do a simple job. read more
