The pharmacy is either super empty or super full depending on when we go, but it's convenient that's it's in the same building. The flu clinic is also downstairs so you can get your flu shot while you wait. They always have stickers for my kids and the nurses and doctors are always attentive. It's also very clean and tidy and quiet. The parking is hard. We always leave early to allow time to find parking. It's just always full (parking garage and the outside parking). This location is small so if you need more specific services/ procedures (ex. PT, allergist) you have to go elsewhere (we go to Downey). Overall, I'm able to do a lot in one stop for myself and my kids.

Despite this, there was no clear explanation or follow-up from the clinic. After more than a month, we received a bill, which is what prompted us to call. During that call, there was no apology for the mistake, the delay, or the inconvenience we experienced. Instead, we were spoken to in a confrontational and argumentative manner, being told that because a visit took place, payment was required. It is deeply frustrating to go to a medical facility, pay for care, and then be left dealing with mistakes, poor communication, and an unpleasant attitude. Medical offices should take responsibility for their errors and treat patients with basic respect. I am leaving this review so others can avoid the same upsetting and uncomfortable experience.

They can't speak to me I've tried to reach the corporate office and they bring me back to the overseas customer service. I did finally speak to somebody in July who told me that it should be there the check should be here in two weeks again it is now October 20 25 and I did speak to somebody the other day at corporate office who said that they were sending it out I got a check for $15 not for 75. This company is terrible when it comes to their business so if you have anything with your insurance, beware

Also, a huge shout out to Diane who helped me to get an appointment for an MRI in a week at another location versus having to wait a month at the location I was referred to. She really helped to expedite the process so I could begin receiving treatment in a more timely manner. She even called me to let me know the positive results of my MRI as soon as they were available to her, which is important during these trying times. I was long overdue since it had been over 2 years since my last exam. My appointment is with ELIZABETH KANG CHUNG OD, O.D. She was very sweet, kind and knowledgeable. I got my prescription and went over to the area where they sell glasses. Very pleasant experience with this doctor. :)
