First visit here, they have a really good deal right now to try all restorative services. Did the cryotherapy and normatec compression for my visit. The cryotherapy was different from what I'm used to (an individual chamber encompassing your body) but that was fun to do it with a friend. Had mini panic attack due to claustrophobia but it was over before it even started. Your body temp does drop drastically. The Normatec is a great compression for your legs and they have a hip option too. Restoration is good for everyone, not just athletic individuals that workout.

I didn't get to try the cryotherapy or infrared sauna, but the compression and hydrofacial were both amazing.

Not to mention that the staff is very responsive and fairly quick to get me checked in. The nurses are also very knowledgeable and great - especially when it comes to the general blood work check up. They were kind (and because I'm afraid of needles) they made small talks to divert my attention to the needle. As for prescription, the staff does an amazing job to make sure that all prescription orders are efficiently and timely sent to the pharmacy that I request. Thank you Cerritos Medical Center!

I strongly do not recommend this clinic. Giving even one…read morestar feels too generous. I went in for a blood test and later received results, only to be told afterward that the results were incorrect and the test needed to be repeated due to an error on their end. Despite this, there was no clear explanation or follow-up from the clinic. After more than a month, we received a bill, which is what prompted us to call. During that call, there was no apology for the mistake, the delay, or the inconvenience we experienced. Instead, we were spoken to in a confrontational and argumentative manner, being told that because a visit took place, payment was required. It is deeply frustrating to go to a medical facility, pay for care, and then be left dealing with mistakes, poor communication, and an unpleasant attitude. Medical offices should take responsibility for their errors and treat patients with basic respect. I am leaving this review so others can avoid the same upsetting and uncomfortable experience.

I have been waiting since April. This is now almost the end of October for a refund from them. They…read moreowe me $75 and at this point it's not even the money. I went and had my infusion and my insurance told me that it's not going to cost me anything and when I went there, they told me that there is a copayment. I told them no my insurance says there's not they said if you don't pay then you can't get the infusion so I paid and I was right and they owe me the money. Cannot get in touch with anyone only get overseas customer service that has not helped. They can't speak to me I've tried to reach the corporate office and they bring me back to the overseas customer service. I did finally speak to somebody in July who told me that it should be there the check should be here in two weeks again it is now October 20 25 and I did speak to somebody the other day at corporate office who said that they were sending it out I got a check for $15 not for 75. This company is terrible when it comes to their business so if you have anything with your insurance, beware

She has also been a huge advocate for my care and has been the only Doctor who returns my calls. Also, a huge shout out to Diane who helped me to get an appointment for an MRI in a week at another location versus having to wait a month at the location I was referred to. She really helped to expedite the process so I could begin receiving treatment in a more timely manner. She even called me to let me know the positive results of my MRI as soon as they were available to her, which is important during these trying times. Thank you so much for all your time, effort, and compassion.

This review is for Dr. Kush Charul Shah…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this physician and would not recommend him, especially to women seeking care. From the beginning, the appointment felt rushed. He asked very few questions about my symptoms or medical history and didn't seem interested in understanding why I was there. Instead of having a conversation, he appeared eager to move on to the next patient. The most concerning part of the visit was when I brought up a medication that another physician had already discussed prescribing for me. He repeatedly stated that it was "only for men" and that it's not part of his practice to prescribe it to women. He did not explain why, or even discuss the evidence, or offer any alternative treatment options. After I asked for clarity since he seemed to have his mind made up before even a real discussion and told me to drink water? I left feeling dismissed rather than cared for. At one point, he even had to Google the condition or medication we were discussing, which did not inspire confidence. Rather than helping me find a covered treatment through Kaiser, his only suggestion was to look into a cosmetic treatment that would be an out-of-pocket expense. What bothered me most was that I never felt heard. He didn't ask follow-up questions, didn't explore my concerns, and didn't take the time to understand my health history. Now I have to schedule another appointment with a different physician and start the entire process over again. Every patient deserves to feel listened to and included in decisions about their care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I left feeling discouraged and unsupported. This has not been my experience with other physicians at this location but I think it's important as a woman to know that maybe this dr. Has biases that can affect the accuracy and effectiveness of our treatment. He is a new dr at this location and I think it's important to have honest feedback when it comes to people's health. And to be clear I don't need the doctor to agree to prescribing a medication I need someone willing to evaluate whether I'm specifically a good candidate and explain the reasoning either way. Not just brush me off because this is " male medication "
