My family & my other Drs had me switch Drs because they couldn't get around the ladies at the front desk & I had an emergency situation so they sent me somewhere else. I thought I could go back after I was better in a few months & could make my own appointments but she wouldn't give me an appointment. If you can find a way around working with his front desk & nurses then u will get the best treatment ever. I was able to see him for about 4 years before I had to deal with his front office person so I had no idea they were the trouble they are. He is still a 5 star Dr even with having the worst front desk nurses of any Dr I know. Great Drs are very hard to find. Everything about him is Great & if u can make it work especially if u r really truely sick... he's still a 5 star Dr! I've moved out of the area but I wanted to leave him a review. I will always be very grateful to him. I'm positive he's the only reason I am still alive. He was able to diagnose my medical issues that went unfound for over 10 years. Idk how many Drs I saw but it was ALOT who never found the issue. He found it in a few months & he never gave up. He fought every few months to get special approval for a treatment I ended up needing for over 3 years because he knew it would work & that I just needed the extra time because the disease went unchecked for 10+ years. I did go into remission & it's been many years & it hasn't returned but it was a very expensive & horrible treatment with a small chance of success but he felt it was worth it & if I did what he said it would work for me & it did! He is tough! U have to follow his instructions to a T if u want his help but it's worth it!!! If u don't he won't help u but if u do he will fight for what u need. U have to deal with his office people but just try to make your appts when u see him. If u need to come in early for an emergency then u might want to find a way to contact him after hours instead of deal with his staff. He won't make u promises he can't keep. He will tell u want u need to do & what your chances are & if u just trust him & follow his lead you will do just fine. He is A very great & kind man! I'm sure gonna miss him being 6 states away but I appreciate that he got me to where I am & that I have several years still left as long as I keep taking care of myself like he told me to.

I imagine you're pretty busy and don't want to be bothered with people who are capable. I got a guaranteed line at 11:15 and when I arrive there was seen within 5 to 10 minutes. Had my blood work and was off. It is frustrating that these labs are so crazy busy that we have to come back another time.

Myself and husband have been sick the past week. Finally made him an appointment at an Urgent Care…read morethrough his Optum insurance at Marque Medical today. We figured get him seen then will go to a Memorial Urgent Care for me since I normally go to Long Beach Memorial Urgent Cares. Well to my surprise the lovely receptionist seen I was sick too she when out her way to see if I could be seen with my insurance and thankfully I was able too get medical help to! From the moment we arrived the lovely reception at the front desk was warm and welcoming and friendly. I can't remember her name but it should be on mine and my husband Kenneth's intake. Sherri was helpful and knowledgeable and had outstanding customer service and went out her to help me personally. Sherri should be applauded for outstanding service and the rest of the staff was excellent. They made us feel welcome and heard from the beginning and we definitely appreciate it thank you to everyone for taking care of me and my husband today!

So I left a positive review the other day because my 2 experiences with this place were good. TODAY…read morenot so much. The girl in the front really put me off. I called to ask if they can do labs and testing she said YES. She said on the phone they could do a blood draw and test for potassium overload. When I got there she said I needed to be evaluated and the dr. Would decide if I needed to be tested. I ask how long would results take and she said 3 to 5 days it goes to a third party lab. So NO YOU DON'T DO LABS!! If you lie to me once you don't get a second chance. I will be looking somewhere else for my urgent care needs. Training is key. UPDATE: The response isn't what I was told. It wasn't a miscommunication problem. Your girl, I came in contact with needs training. She is the first person the public comes in contact with. I don't remember her name but I remember her attitude. I ask specifically if you did labs and testing her answer was NO we send it to a third party. So Instead of leaving an advertisement for your business in the response you should use your time to train your staff. I don't need to discuss this further you know what you need to do.

Despite being told my responsibility was only a $20 copay, which I paid promptly when the first bill arrived. I just received a second "surprise" bill for $120.
