I decided to go with this office because she did such a great job on my friends facelift, however, I think she should just stick with this procedure. Dr. Smith, completely messed up my nose. I had a bulbous nose to begin with and she took skin from my ear placed it over on the bulbous tip, which was already big to begin with. This placement has left a demarcation where the old and new is, leaving the columella uncovered with no repairs done to the area. I knew when that cast came off that the surgery was done completely wrong. Additionally, with the extra skin placed on the bulbous tip, the tip is pulling down and the base is causing the nostrils to look enlarged and flair out. I have gone to three experienced plastic surgeons and Mayo Clinic and all are echoing the same feeling that this Doctor showed a lack of knowledge, disregard, and disconnectedness to me (the patient). So, I have found a physician, who will have to shave the tip and use cadaver tissue to build the nose back up where the foundation is falling apart. I am in constant pain and regret every single day going to this horrible office. I have not reached out, because nothing will be done. People do your DUE DILIGENCE!!!! Just because she did an internship at a Beverly Hills office does not mean she is qualified to do this surgery. I have reached out to the office she interned at, the Doctor was appalled on how my nose looked. Anyway, please everyone do your homework!
