Their attention to detail was incredible, you can tell they genuinely care about doing a beautiful job. I originally ended up regretting the color and design I chose, and I was so nervous to say something, but Mia and Sally were beyond kind and understanding. They fixed everything for me with no problem at all and made sure I left happy. They were patient, professional, and so sweet throughout the whole process. I'm so happy with how my nails turned out and so grateful for how kind and accommodating they were. If you're looking for talented nail techs who listen and care, I highly recommend Mia and Sally! The salon is also very clean, professional environment, and weirdly... super interesting content on the TVs. Prices are reasonable for the kind of work you get here. This is my second visit-My first set here was also amazing (gel x) and lasted me over a month!

I told the girl I wanted a pedicure. The prices were a little too pricey for me, but since I was there I just got a basic pedicure with regular polish for $40. The girl that did my pedicure was nice. She took her time. I asked for her suggestion on a color. She was helpful. The seats for pedicures are cute. There's a cute vibe in there. There was a coffee bar. I do wish I was offered a coffee while waiting or during my service.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the male nail technician who did my nails…read moreyesterday. From the beginning, he seemed irritated and had an issue with listening to what I was asking for. He repeatedly rolled his eyes, and even seemed annoyed when I simply asked to see the different color options before choosing one. What bothered me most was how rough he was while handling my hands and nails. At one point I physically flinched because he was hurting me, which should have been enough of an indication for him to be more careful. Later, while he was dusting off my nails, I directly told him that he was being too rough. Instead of apologizing or adjusting how he was handling my hands, he responded, "Are you talking to me?" I told him yes, because who else would I have been talking to? Also, I requested almond shape names at a certain length and he made it seem like he couldn't do and he had to cut them to "look right". Now I am not satisfied with the nails. I didn't get the designs I wanted because of his horrible attitude. This is a day after my service and I have three toenails that are chipping badly like I've never gotten them done. Tried calling them (over 17x) no one ever answers. I will be going in the morning to get these fixed but this is absolutely ridiculous! The entire interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily uncomfortable. When someone is providing a hands-on service, especially doing nails, they need to know how to handle a client's hands gently and professionally. Being rough, rolling your eyes, getting irritated over simple requests, and responding disrespectfully when a customer says they are being hurt is unacceptable. I left extremely disappointed with both the service and the overall experience. I would not want this technician doing my nails again. Only giving a star because I have to.
