I'll start with the positive. I was serviced by Singh. I loved my pedicure, she did a great job. She offered me a gel pedicure, I declined so she rushed through my pedicure. She kept texting through my manicure with no apology. Not only that, she was carrying on a conversation with another nail tech as if I wasn't sitting in her chair. While sitting there at least 4 guys were sitting at the front being so loud in their talking it was disturbing. I had earbuds in and couldn't drown them out. It was like they were holding court. The shop is not a relaxing environment to start with and that didn't help at all. The nail tech zipped through the massage so fast that I had to ask if that was it. The oil was barely warm, which I told him and he didn't do anything about. At the beginning of service I mentioned my issues and he ended up ignoring them all. I requested someone else to look at my concerns. Another tech came over and started to try to upsell me again. A bunch of no's later he says are you ready for the pain? Which I said sure. What else am I suppose to say? Plus, the issues I had shouldn't be painful to address. He did fix the issue I asked help on w my basic pedicure. I shared with him the complaint about the quick hot oil massage, that it was super fast and the oil wasn't warm. I asked if I could have the regular massage. He said no and walked off. He eventually went back to sit with the three other men and continued talking with them. The tools weren't individually wrapped and the store looked dirty. There's all kinds of stuff everywhere. The tech chairs were like an obstacle course to exit to the front of the store. The checkout area is disorganized w all kinds of stuff stored in a see through checkout desk. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. No customer service, dirty facility, sloppy service and they speed through the basics. I'm mad at myself for staying. My first experience at the nail salon was actually spectacular. The woman who did my nails was younger and she talk to me for the entire duration of my appointment and was very engaging. The second experience I had at the nail salon, I called ahead to ask if they'd be able to help me out on my lunch break... I was only going to have about 3540 minutes. They said they could take me but when I showed up even a little bit early I still had to wait 10 minutes and then they finally sat in the chair and I waited another five and they didn't begin working on my nails until I mentioned that I didn't have very much time. I paid 32$ for a pedicure, and was humiliated by staff because the guy turned my feet blue but blamed it on my dead skin on my feet. This was my second visit to this location. My first visit ,before the remodel, was not as good as it could have been as my toe polish chipped within first week . I always get regular polish and have never had a problem at other salons. Since they expanded this location recently ,I decided to give them a second chance as I was happy that I did. Their remodel and expansion of the new salon is awesome. Really like that they have more space. I got a mani/pedi , Miss Bo did a wonderful job. She also did a great job trying to sell me on gel polish and explained benefits of this. I always stick with the regular polish but I appreciated that she offered a higher quality product to me. Pros: Was offered a complimentary beverage. Salon is spacious and nicely designed. Service was friendly and professional. Cons: Leg massage and hand massage did not last as long as some other nail salons I have been to in Murfreesboro. Prices are a couple dollars more than other locations but again they have a newly expanded salon which provides a relaxing environment with complimentary beverage. Overall great visit thanks to Bo! Definitely recommend asking for her next time you are there! Update : Regular nail polish from my manicure lasted 1 week which I think is pretty good for regular polish. My nail tech was very conversational and sweet but I payed extra for a manicure in addition to dip nails and all she did was trim my cuticles and put lotion on my hands after. After I noticed all the crud that was under my nails and around them that she did not clean up. There was powder all over the table that felt uncomfortable. I've been going here consistently for a year and a half and I've been putting up with their horrible customer service UNTIL NOW. There are VERY few employees that are friendly and sweet and it's usually the ones who do pedicures.. NOT the nail techs.. Today I drove my usual 45 min drive that I do every two weeks and came in for a pedi/fill-in. I sat down to be serviced before I was given the chance to pick a gel color so after my fill-in was completed and ready for color, the nail tech (the guy who sits beside Mimi) then gave me the gel colors to choose from. After 2/3 minutes he started rushing me to pick a color. After I chose one, he polished 5 of my fingers and before I placed them under the light to dry, I decided I didn't like it and asked to change. He got so upset and caught an attitude... I couldn't believe it. I told him i didn't want him doing my nails with his attitude so he packed up the gel colors and tried to send me on my way to the next tech. He didn't care. So I made him remove the polish i didn't like and I left. I have never felt so devalued by a business in my life. Not only did i consistently give them business every 2 weeks but I also, despite their shitty attitudes, tipped $20+. The manager or whoever Lee is offered to finish my nails but that wasn't good enough. When people spend their hard earned money in your establishment they should be treated with the same respect they given! I will never return back to this place and i encourage you not to either. I don't ever make an appointment, so I get who I get, which sometimes isn't the best. But you get in pretty quickly as a walk-in! I highly suggest, if you can help it, not going on a Sunday because some of the really good employees are off, & I tend to get some who are clearly new to working there & don't always get the best mani. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. When I sat down at the pedicure chair, she asked what pedicure I wanted. I told her that I wanted just the basic one. She insistently asked me 4 different times if I wanted to upgrade to just 4 dollars more to the next one and each time I said no. Very irritating. Then, I got my nails done. I got the dip powder. The color is beautiful but the man that did them did a terrible job. They are all uneven and he kept hurting me. I spent $105 for a powder dip mani, basic pedi and eyebrows... none of it is very good. Not to mention, my mani pedi and eyebrows took over 3 hours to complete. I was patient and it was around Christmas time and my nail tech was sweet so I gave her the benefit of doubt... But then I got home and really took a look at what she had done. My toes looked great but the powder dip on my hands was very light almost translucent in some places and very thick and bubbly looking in others. I went with a dark color so it really needed to be even. The next day, which was Christmas Eve, I had to go back in so they could attempt to fix them. The nail tech who had originally worked on me the day prior was not there, so this extremely rude woman "fixed "my nails, while basically calling me a liar, telling me that I had asked for them to be done this way, and just making me feel extremely uncomfortable. After walking outside I looked at my nails and the clear coat was sloppy so I went back in and asking why they didn't do a top coat like other nail salons.
