I have been going there for a couple years. Got worse and worse with the price. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And customer service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But this last in insult was it. Went in for a fill and to fix a nail that was cracked right where they connected the false nail onto the real nail. It recracked 3 days later . Went in to get it fixed. The nail tech was to busy to deal with it . So he had another tech take care of it. She said she would super glue it and clear coat it. I knew it would recrack. So I made an appointment for 10 am to get it fixed right. The tech came in at 11 am . [[HIGHLIGHT]]Told me he was booked up. Had no time to fix it. And handed me off to another tech.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Saying it I would have let her fix it the first time I wouldn't have had the problem. Which I did. But super glue and clear coat is not a fix. Grabbed a fork out of the drawer and it recracked. read more

Very poor experience when I went in on 4/27, I got a spa pedicure and acrylics. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was sat in the pedicure chair, while I was trying to adjust my leggings and get my shoes off, the woman that sat me shut the arm rest down on me and like rushed me get into the chair, it was very rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The woman that did my pedicure was great I have no complaints for her, but [[HIGHLIGHT]]the guy Derrick that did my acrylics basically argued with me when I told him I wanted the French tips, he wanted to paint the french tips on when I told him I would rather him just glue the plastic white tip on and then the acrylic powder, it would been much faster and easier but no.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The nails I got were poorly done, I was tired and not paying as close attention to them as they were being done as I should have. He never filed the edges, at the end he tried letting me go without using the dremel under the nails so it was gloopy under, I asked him to do that, he did it and said he forgot, then was just gonna leave the shaven pieces on my nails like I'm not paying an arm and a leg for these, so I asked him to give me the buffer pad to get them off. The nail polish doesnt cover the bottom of the nail and the sides on some of them need filed down bc of big bumps. All in all I paid a ridiculous amount for a service that I have to remove and redo in my own home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I gave him a tip and also gave him my pedicurists tip as he said he would give it to her because she left. I hope she got her $20 tip and that he didnt walk away with a $40 tip, because I shouldn't of tipped him period but I'm not a jerk.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I made an appointment for a pedicure for my birthday on Saturday 3/15 @ 1:30pm. I arrived a few minutes before and was told to sit and wait, there were a lot of people in spa chairs and at the stations.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] While waiting, there were multiple walk-ins asking how long the wait would be and everyone was told 15 minutes... about 20ish minutes of sitting there, I was escorted to a spa chair where I preceded to wait an additional 15 minutes before a woman came to fill up the water but was then told to do someone else's nails first. She apologized and left. I am reading an eBook on my phone, so when I look at the clock and realize that it is 2:25pm, I decide that I have reached my limit. I lift up the arm on the chair and tell the girl sitting next to me (who had been waiting just as long) that we had been waiting nearly an hour and that it was ridiculous for having an appointment and not being helped. Then two ladies roll their carts over and put the arm of my chair back down, but don't say anything. At this point, I decide that I don't care if I MIGHT be next, I do not want to spend my money here. So I get up and leave. Waiting an hour for service, with an appointment, is unacceptable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I have been here a handful of times over the past two years without any issues.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The last time I went for a pedicure (a few months back), they set a digital timer for how long the massage was to be (per foot/leg) and proceeded to do other things during that time. Very poor service and it puts the customer in an awkward position. I understand that Saturdays are very busy for them, but telling walk-ins that the wait is only 15 minutes and not servicing your appointments in a timely manner is a VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. I had a full set put on 3/31/25 by a tech I DID NOT make an appointment with. I asked for a certain shape and length. The nails were not all even, extremely short and triangular. They were too short to even reshape, I had to soak them off. Very disappointed read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Booked online appointment for a basic pedicure and a French manicure. That information was not passed through the process and I ended up getting the most expensive pedicure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The lady showed me a bag of stuff I assumed was for the pedicure and with a mask on asked if I wanted it, I said yes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was repeatedly asked if I wanted gel and I said no over and over again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once we got to the manicure, she showed me the price for tiny $65 pedicure and $45 for the manicure. Price sheet shows French manicures are $30 (gel is $45). I told her I did not want gel and she said they only use gel for French manicures. I assume that is a lie since a French manicure is on the menu. Will never go back. I'm not in to the upsell and lies. read more

for a fill it was 60$!!! insane. i haven't even had my fill for 2 weeks and all the paint is chipping off . You would think since this is a nice looking establishment AND the prices they would've lasted and not be lifting. But no .. i'm very disappointed and will never be returning. read more

I am so glad I found this place! The last few places I have been to were inconsistent! The people here are warm, welcoming and really funny! Ben is super talented and his brother is a perfectionist! They have a great selection of colors for gel and dip! There are plenty of chairs available if you wanted to host a bridal party or a spa day with your friends! The gel last such a long time and my favorite is that they all cohesively have made suggestions Of colors that compliment my hair or skin color! It's been hard to find businesses that haven't turned bitter towards their clientele! Here you're treated like they've known you for ever and will keep you entertained! I don't mind making the dreaded trip to the mall for this place! Not to mention it's also super aesthetically pleasing! Try it don't just brush this place off because it's in a mall, it's a bit pricey but totally worth it! read more

My nail person was soooo mean!!! she didn't let me pick my colors for my nails and the picture i showed her was clearly yellow and she said " NO! they are white" so i just let it be then again wouldn't let me pick my colors i had to practically beg for the color pallet. -0 stars read more

Their price book says $55 for specialty pedicure. I added gel polish which is usually $10 extra. The lady did put lots of things in the water and lotions on and wax and towels on my legs. It took a long time. She charged me $85 plus tax $90. This seems outrageous. I've never paid that much before. read more

Honestly the worst experience... do not recommend. Got a pedicure & honestly thought my toes were going to start bleeding. The lady acted like she didn't know what she was doing, was WAY to ruff. Filing my skin, buffing my skin, and ripping my cuticles off. She kept repeating that process over and over so it was brutal. Took her about two hours to be finished. She also had another lady paint my nails? & when she sprayed my toes with alcohol to clean them I almost screamed. The only good thing is that the gel looks nice. Definitely do NOT recommend, & I paid $70... also my sister came with me and her pedicure was VERY rushed, completely done with everything in 13 minutes (and we got the same one) ... got gel and all. I got a basic mani/pedi; after unsuccessfully trying to talk me into Gel polish, they finally did my nails/feet. This is without the massage that was listed in the book. I mentioned there not being a massage and the guy wiped some lotion on my arm. I could have done that at home. Then the cashier looked surprised that I did not give a tip when I was done. I tip for good service. This was a paint job - nothing more. I am not impressed and will not be returning. read more

I was very disappointed. It took a little over 2 hrs for my pedicure. I'm pretty sure the woman had never take off or polish with gel polish before. I have paint all over my skin. I was cut with the drill several times and told her she was hurting me. Because there is so much polish on my skin the polish is not staying on my nails. The most frustrating part is now I have to go spend another $70 to get them fixed before vacation. I do not recommend wasting your money or time stopping here. read more

First they don't give you who you booked your appointment with they will give you whoever needs a person next. The prices are also not the same price in the store they try to charge you way more. I was supposed to get a manicure and a deluxe pedicure for 103 what they said online I got a regular pedicure and no manicure and dip nails for 108 when I told the person doing my nails they said that manicure wasn't what my appointment said but it was. Also when you don't like something they all start talking about it in their language and will start laughing won't fix it but will instead try to give you a discount. Make sure they test the color to see if you like it on your nail first because they won't take it off. They have a lot to work on to be a better business that's probably why the place was empty and everyone was sitting around. The only thing good about this place is that they were fast. read more

i went in for the first time on a Saturday morning at 10:30am, when they first opened. got right in. started on my toes the owners mom or whoever she was took an hour on my toes and kept getting up every 3min and was on her phone on and off a lot. i wanted a basic pedicure. she kept adding thing to the water and doing random things and not telling me and charged me $85!!!!!! moving on to my nails..... the guy was very very very rough and kept cutting me and i asked for them shorter and he basically told me no and when i said shorter he ignored me. I PAID $170 ( with tip) for this and i did not think the place was all that at all. i will not be going back. very over priced. and they don't listen to you. I'll stay with LEXI NAILS like i should have. and night i add it took me until 12:45 to get out of there over 2hrs!!! and didn't even have to wait . read more
