Went in for Dazzle Dry since my usual place couldn't fit me in (Milagro). The manicure was good (by Stella) but it wore off in less than a week, with my usual peeling and chipping. That never happens with Dazzle Dry. I can only guess they are diluting it. Despite my request for only touching my cuticles if there were hangnails...well, see my shredded cuticles in the photo. Then, the young woman who did my pedicure scraped off so much callus that I was in pain for couple days and could only wear certain cushioned shoes. They did a good job with cleanliness, opening new tools before each of my treatments, which is why they got 2 stars. And they were quick and convenient with lots of parking. read more

The website is not accurate when it comes to pricing. A gel extension refill says $45. Which means you have no gel color it has to be clear and if u have a color it's $60. They don't know what matte color is. I paid $80 for a gel refill and i wanted a matte black. She gave me shiny black with a shiny French V shape? For $80??? They tried to make it better i had to come back in and it still wasn't right. My nails are all different sizes. Unbelievable. They think they're running this grade a business but sorry you're far from it. I have many things to say, I scheduled an appointment for three people today at 3:30 and did not walk out the door until five 5:45 . The prices of these nails were absurd. My acrylic full set was $105. while my friends of the same full set was 80. these prices are not shared beforehand, so customers are unaware of what they are paying. We showed up 15 minutes early to our appointment and one of the people did not start their nails until 430. This is unacceptable. This establishment should not exist. there is a reason they have two stars. One of my nails is very crooked and when I asked my technician to change it, she told me that would be changed by the end, it was not. Besides the high prices and extensive wait time, and 2 hours of nail shaping the staff was not helpful and unfriendly. It's safe to say I will never be coming back. read more

Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I never take time to write reviews, but after yesterday here I am.. pretty much, the girl that did my pedi was great. The woman who was supposed to do my French mani couldn't get draw the French line design and ultimately let me know that she couldn't do it and no one else that worked there could either apparently (her words). I asked the front desk woman (who runs the place?) if someone else could help.. she and my og nail tech started arguing and then I got moved to someone else who didn't seem too happy about it either... this new lady asked the first lady if she even polished my nails because they looked messed up and she swiped acetone over them making the gel look dull/like it wasn't there. She also couldn't draw the French line and the natural tip of my nail was still showing..by this point I'm like ok I'll just pick a color.. front desk woman comes over and is frustrated that I'm not liking the attempts at this mani so I start to feel uncomfortable because I'm not trying to let these women feel bad for trying.. so I'm like I gotta go and I'm crying by this point. I go to the front and she tries to charge for me the mani that I never got. She didn't cut my cuticles, finish the coats, etc. Even the woman who originally tried was like don't charge her and when I said that the front desk woman was like "she's only saying that because you complain" ...well yeah because she couldn't do what I came here for. I'm like crying crying now just trying to get out of there (I paid for my pedi) and now she's literally laughing in my face and I said something about that and she's like "yep I am"... I didn't yell. Asked to pay in advance for my friends engagement nails, they said they didn't know how much it would cost until the end. $105 for a shitty set of acrylics that could've been done way better elsewhere. On top of that, they charged extra on my gel nails for a "hard gel" that I didn't even ask for and said my gel that I had on before was too difficult to take off, another $5 added. I then went to pay with a gift certificate and was told I could not use it there anymore due to ownership changing, and she told me to go to another location instead. I have very short nails and therefore only need a very low maintence mani/pedi. You have to make an appt at this salon but it's very spacious, they have dividers up for covid protocol and safety, a lot of polishes to choose from. I wish that they did more of a leg massage/that the massage chairs were more powerful, but it was fast and well done and everyone was very nice. read more

I stopped going to this salon because of the customer service. The rudeness was just too much to contend with anymore. It appeared to me that they do not like walk in or locals. I also did a review and posted a picture and I was confronted to take it down by the nail tech. "Free-speech" Heard of it?? This is The United States of America! It was not a negative review or picture. Huh, why was she upset? Go figure! Since, I have taken it down , stopped going and I will never be back. Could not have had a worse experience. The nail tech selected a different color than I had asked for, and when I said I didn't like it, she proceeded to continue saying the color was fine. I continued voicing my opinion and she continued saying it looks good. After getting in the car and getting a good look, i still really did not like the color. She also did not cut back my cuticles at all. I went back in and expressed that I did not like the color, as I had already told her multiple times. The front desk woman and the nail tech were both incredibly rude. Rather than actually fix the job, she just pained over them with a different color. she did not even completely cover the first color, so the first color is showing on the sides. The entire ordeal lasted less than 30 minutes, including the botched fix. I will never go here again, complete waste of $40. read more

I developed a nail fungus under three nails and when I returned to the tech who originally did my LCN fill, she denied that it was fungus and suggested it was some kind of bruise instead. I decided to go back to I love nails where I normally visit but because of scheduling issues I couldn't get in there previously. Worst salon I've been to in a while, if I could give 0 stars I would. For starters I paid 60$ for a gel fill which is appalling considering the end resultsThe first picture is what I requested my nails to look like just with out the stones. From the jump my nail tech fought me on everything I wanted, from the gel polish to the shape of my nails. After she did the lines (which looked like a kindergartener did them), before she put the top coat on, I asked her if she could remove the lines because I didn't like them and they aren't gel polish only the white underneath was. She told me no and left me with the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The black was opaque, my nails were uneven in length and thickness and all around looked awful. When I requested to talk to the manager all he said was "well what do you expect us to do about it" and just buffed off the top coat and repainted them all solid black. Now my nails are even thicker then before and still badly shaped. Never going to this salon again! Update: only 5 days later and one of my nails broke in half from doing nothing! If I could give zero I would. I have only one day off and needed my nails done. I called and asked for LCN. When I called I said nothing about wanting the LCN extended a little , they said they had no time so I said thank you and got off phone. They called back and said they made time. when I got there they would not do the small extension on the tip of my nail With the LCN They wanted to take the quick way out and glue a tip on my nails. I did not want that and they blamed it on me saying they told me this On the phone. So I got just a regular gel manicure instead. Not only was it rushed but I left without the service I wanted. I was in the process of calling another nail salon that I know did not have such a language barrier nor would get me to come in under false circumstances. I should have followed through with that. Susan, Lee, and their team really make sure they pay attention to keeping their facilities up to date, with new pedicure stations and equipment. They have a great selection of polish colors, including dazzle dry organic nail polish! I went here with my cousin who is six. The woman at the front (in her 50s/60s with short blond hair and glasses) asked if we had an appointment- I said "no, we're here for a walk-in if you have anything". She was visibly irritated and told me I'd have to wait, which I didn't mind at all. It was her visible irritation that was more problematic. She did not seat me with my little cousin, which was a problem for me. In addition, when my little cousin wanted a pedicure in addition to a manicure- I asked the manager if we could get in for those she gave me an extremely irritated "no". She had a terrible attitude. I have visited this location several times over the years and the manicures and pedicures have always been mediocre/rushed, but this time I went because I had a gift card. The nail tech rushed through, barely cutting my cuticles or massaging and she was done within 20 minutes. I wasn't even out of her chair before she started spraying it down! There were only 3 spots available at the drying counter, so I waited to only find out they wasn't even blowing out air. Not only that but the front desk girl named June was so incredibly rude to customers while I was there and I was shocked at the way she was speaking to them. I decided to try this place as I didn't feel like driving to my regular salon. I asked for a polish change on my toes and it said $10 on the price menu which I thought was reasonable. By the time I was in the pedicure chair, I was told that in order for them to 'cut and file my nails' it would be $5 extra. Any salon I've ever been to included that in the polish change for the exact same place. They were rude, there was an incredibly long wait even though it was obvious that a technician was available. Absolutely by far THE WORST PEDICURE I HAVE EVER GOT. If I could give them negative I would... horrible service. They don't do anything but polish... no tips... no extra services. Nothing. Made an appointment at 11 to wait 25 min to even get sat in a chair. I was done by 12. Asked about tips just add a little length to my nails since some were cracked.. couldn't do that. Asked about a simple dip or gel for them.. said they couldn't do that either, too short... got sat to finally do my pedicure told her I would just do the pedi no mani since they didn't have any services. Left me sitting there for 10-15 min while the water was overflowing allll over my shoes and floor. Came back and moved me to a different chair. Told her the water was cold, was told "it's fine". Asked for a gel French tip was told she would have to ask the front desk if that was allowed... cut my cuticles so bad it was burning in the water. The "massage" was 5 min and it was her rubbing lotion on my legs and then she was done. No scrubbing no nothing... She left soooo much nail polish all over my feet. Not once was asked if I liked them.... While she's finishing my get she started already getting another customer started... when I was finally able to leave June the front desk girl charged me an EXTRA 10$ after I already paid on card... when I say I have never in my life wanted to get up and just walk out.. TODAY WAS THAT DAY. 1000000/10 would NEVER in my life go back. I don't know how they are a "business" when they have no services. Everything was just soaking... nothing was new.. disgusting. I have been going to Nails plus in Shrewsbury for quite some time. I go to Kay for my nails and pedicures. I have the LCN on my nails and always get compliments on how they look. People always ask who does them and I tell them Kay because she is always so pleasant and always does a great job. Nails plus is always so clean. The staff is always on top of making sure everything looks just right. When I come in I am greeted by receptionist Kim, she always makes you feel welcome. So sweet and professional.
