I needed to get my nails done last min before my beach trip back in June and this place was the only shop open until 7 so I went there. They actually close I believe at 6 or 6:30 I could not remember so they should update hours on Google. Nelson did my pedicure for me and even though I was cutting time close to them closing she never once rushed my service. I got the deluxe pedicure which includes two lotions, callus removal and hot towels. Nelson was just amazing! I highly recommend her!! I got gel polish and it lasted over a month! which was a huge plus for me because any other shop i've gone and gotten gel usually comes off within two - three weeks. I recently went back last week for another pedicure. It was a Saturday morning very busy. I arrived around 11:45 and was there for nearly 3 hours. Probably could've been faster but I requested Nelson and she had a mani/pedi ahead of me. Next time I will call to make an appointment with her, so I don't have to wait as long. Nonetheless She did yet another amazing job! Seriously ask for her. She really takes her time when it comes to the leg and foot massage and it feels like heaven! I typically do not leave reviews but felt the need to share my experience after visiting this salon. This was my first time coming to this salon. I did a walk in appt. with the expectation of having to wait. There was hardly any customers in the salon when I arrived. I went to pick out a color after checking in, and I was thrown into a chair without a color choice and the whole session was very rushed after this. I was given nail color templates to look at, but she was actively working on my nails making it impossible to look at. I came in wanting a bronze type nail color but did not have the option to look through the options or communicate my wants. When requesting short nails, I was judgmentally questioned on my choices. I picked 3 different colors and defaulted to a color that I really did not want due to being rushed and their inorganization and lack of inventory. After being exasperated from this experience, I guess it showed on my face, and my nail tech in a sing songy voice stated "it looks like someone is getting upset". The result of my nails is just okay. The nails are not the same length, thickness, shape and the paint is thin for a dark color nail. I paid for my nails and left feeling judged, rushed, and stressed when this whole experience was meant to be a stress free treat your self gift from my husband. Needless to say, I will not be returning and taking suggestions for better and more positive environment nail salon! read more

10 perfect nails more like 1 perfectly big waste of money.I now have a fungal infection in my nails.She didn't cut or clean any of my nails shape was crooked i kindly told the woman that was doing my nails and she said my fingers were crooked not her shape. im also fluent in mandarin and Vietnamese and they mocked me and said i didn't know what i was talking about. soon after another worker "Lee" took over and looked at them and showed the male worker there and his face said it all. i told them i could not pay for the nails but i'd leave tip since lee tried her best to fix them but they were still very horrible. read more

I came to get a pedicure and full set. I had a gift card for my birthday. I was excited to get pampered because I've been through a lot. Even had brain surgery so I was ready to feel good again. Now, since I'm a plus size woman they refused to do my pedicure. How embarrassing. I've never had a problem anywhere else with getting a pedicure. I'll never come back to this place again. Best mani and pedi I've ever had. My nail polish lasted 2 weeks without a chip and it was regular OPI polish...not gel!

I did a manicure and pedicure on Saturday and the technician didn't just "cut my foot" with the pedicure blade scrapper - somehow she must have missed her target spot and instead took a huge gash out of the top of my foot with the darn thing. My foot bled forever. I also have another smaller cut from her not knowing how to use the scrapper correctly. My foot is so sore from the huge gash on the base of the top of my foot that I am still hobbling on it after 2 days. Even AFTER the foot cutting incident I was still charged full price with very little apology for the incident. Given the gall it took to do that I went ahead and left a nice 20%+ tip and have just decided to take my business elsewhere going forward. Plus on top of the foot cutting, starting yesterday, I have had a small spot rise up beside the top corner of my fingernail on my middle right finger beside where the nail was clipped and it had pus in it. I drained and have had to put disinfectant on it. Just makes me really question if the technician knew what she was doing. read more
