If I could give this a 0 stars, I absolutely would. Went to get mani and pedi for me and mani for my daughter (12). Well the lady wanted to argue with me in front of everyone about getting my daughter fake nails, instead of just doing dip on her real nails. She claimed they were too small. However earlier this month they did them on HER REAL NAILS. I think if someone's nails are too short for you to paint, you probably shouldn't be a nail lady. We waited for over an hour for us to walk out without getting either of our nails done. I did get a pedicure that lasted 20 mins maybe. Then left because if you are going to argue about what I'm paying for, I can go to 10 other places to get nails done. read more

I'm new to town and been coming here for a few months. I did have a couple of technicians I didn't care for too much (weird shapes, too thick dip etc) but Julie is amazing and does my nails exactly how I love them! When I went to get my nails done at this nail salon they looked good, and after 25 minutes of setting letting my nails dry at the salon i get home and I touch them and theres a finger prin. I've been going to this place for years and have always loved it. But today has made me decide I will never go back and will never recommend this place to a friend. I had a really bad day and literally all I wanted was a massage to have some stress relief. This new young girl (WHO WOULDNT GIVE ME HER NAME) started to take my dead skin off without cuticle gel and it hurt so I suggested her putting some on and she told me I didn't need it even tho I told her it was uncomfortable. So that already triggered me. Then when she went to massage me I could barely feel her massaging my legs I did not get one ounce of relief or a feel good feeling from my massage. Then when I asked her to massage harder she said I had to pay more for her to massage me harder. Girl WHAT. On top of that she did not touch the back of my legs one time yall I can't make ts up like rn the back of my leg is completely dry and the front of my legs are smooth from lotion. I still have unnecessary dead skin on my feet and the back of my legs are ashy and my feet are still tense from being on my feet all day at work. Never have I ever have someone tell me I have to pay extra for them to rub harder. SO if someone comes in who is sensitive asks you to rub lighter do they get $5-10 taken off ??? I would not recommend this place because of this reason. As I am going inside there is a lady behind me coming in, we are both asked what we want today. I tell them a fill in and a pedicure. They take the lady behind me before me. Other people are waiting also. I then wait an hour and 2 other people are taken that were previously waiting. Then a lady walks in, looks around and proceeds to Leave, one of the glossy nail employees goes after her in the parking lot and her and the lady come back inside and the lady sits in a pedicure chair. Botched fill-in and rude nail tech. She cut my nails way too short and then continued to file them until they were little nubs. When I told her, she became argumentative and defensive. She rushed through the gel polish and left my nails extremely thick and uneven. Do not go here!!! read more

I'm giving one star for the nails themselves and the color. The lady that did my nails cut my finger with the nail file when she was smoothing down the sides. She damaged two other fingers below the nail bed using the dremel for filing. Four days later my fingers are still sore and scabbed. Not to mention she never offered my own nail supplies or disinfected when she did it. I stopped because it was convenient to Kroger. Not again. I'd rather drive back to my old salon in collierville read more

I would NOT recommend this salon. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, two ladies were already getting pedicures. The woman giving my pedicure rushed through it. She finished my pedicure AND manicure in the same time that the other technicians spent giving the other ladies only pedicures. In the end, it looked ok, but I felt very rushed. read more
