I really like INails, the owners are friendly and the shop is clean. The only negative I have is that some of the young technician's don't smile, don't acknowledge that you're their customer and basically rude. This is the nicest nail salon in Hernando. I like the digital checkin and I come in regularly for spa pedicures. they don't rip you off and they will give you a drink like an upscale business. They're always friendly and I keep coming back. The place across the road will charge you a lot more with much poorer service. read more

Unfortunately the salon has changed hands/ownership and it is not being maintained as well. Work stations are cramped, lots of chemical and other smells, instead of waiting for full nail soak used a file to remove the old polish., just ok dip (too thick), and useless manicure. Should have followed my original instinct and left, but was short on time. The nails lasted about a week and then the end of three fingers cracked and broke. Disappointed and will not return. They need to close for a couple days, clean and sanitize, remove all outdated/old stuff. At this point, my business is headed back to Germantown/East Memphis. read more

What a treat! This location is easy to find and the interior is clean and modern. The staff is friendly and all are very COVID-19 cautious so I felt very comfortable there. I'm a man and got a full mani/pedi from a wonderful, friendly woman named Sharon. I am a visitor seeing family in the area but the next time I come I will ask for Sharon again. She is from Jamaica and exudes the friendliness of those island residents. I wish more people were like her. I went in for a pedicure yesterday and paid for the deluxe ($55). I was in and out of the nail salon in less than 30 minutes. My massage chair didn't even finish before she was done with the pedicure. The leg massage was ok but definitely didn't scrub the bottom of my feet. Me and my mom in law went out for a girls day and decided to get pedicure. We were greeted promptly as we walked in the door. They were busy but had us seated within 15 min of our arrival just to soak until a tech could get to us. Annie and Tammy took wonderful care of us! Tammy took extra care to get rid of a cpl ingrown nails that were tender she was meticulous around my cuticles praises to her! She gave an awesome massage and wrapped me in steam towels. Today I came in for a mani and pedi, which set me back a modest $48. I brought my own nail polish (although they have a wide selection) but they also have gel and powder available. Selena did both my toes and nails and did a fantastic job. Even the French Manicure which I've found varies widely from salon to salon looks great! Tip--go during the week early if you can. Poor Customer Service. I came in today to get a pedicure. It was the typical, sign in and pick your color. I waited about 15 minutes until I was shown to a pedicure chair. The lady who was going to help me sat me down and had me choose the type of pedi I wanted. At this point, someone walks in asking for her eyebrows done. It took me about five minutes to realize what was going on, but the lady who was helping me, stopped her preparations of my pedicure to help out this person who JUST walked in. She took her time with her new customer while I waited. They did not notify me or let me know what was happening. I was infuriated because I felt that once she started with me, I deserved the service I asked for. The actual pedicure went well. I am not 100% in love with the shape of my nails as she filed them, but it wasn't worth mentioning. I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Not sure how long this place will be around. I went just after they opened and wasn't very impressed. I decided to give them another try because I live close by and needed a pedicure. Location is great but they need to cover the windows with something so you aren't watching the cars go by. It's a busy parking lot and not very relaxing. The place looks nice when you walk in, lots of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. Both times I have been here, there were only 3-5 people working. There are a couple of tvs on the wall but you can't hear them, you hear the Christian music in the background. No beverages are offered and the employees are not very friendly. Now, to the pedicure...I have never had my nails cut down with cuticle nippers before and don't plan to again, it was very odd. The tech then used the same nippers to clean up around my nails, jabbing the points into my feet. I hope I don't get any kind of infection. The polish looks fine, we will see how long it lasts. After 2 visits I probably will not go back. It wasn't the worst place I have been but not worth the money in my opinion. I will continue looking for a more relaxing atmosphere and qualified nail techs. read more
