The manicurist was very helpful when I chose a color that was not quite right and needed a replacement. They had hundreds of colors to choose from. The pedi I came in for looked so nice, I had her do a manicure as well. The salon was large and airy and immaculate and very busy. This will definitely be my go to place for a mani pedi from now on. read more

I've been coming to nails on first for a year or so. You schedule your appointment for a certain time and then end up sitting and waiting 30-40mins after your set appointment. They're not very organized and yes to every appointment and then have you waiting. I waited 40 mins for my nails for them to then come out sloppy. They had bubbles, paint on my skin and weren't even filed correctly. I'm very unhappy and will not be going back. read more

This place is great! The owner is fantastic. I mean let's face it, how exciting can getting your nails done be? They make it fun. They're friendly sociable and most importantly do a great job. If something goes wrong after a day or two they'll fix it. Great customer service. And great variety of services. read more

My daughter took me here for a little pampering on my birthday and let me tell you, these women are great! Nina the owner is so outgoing and funny, she'll have you laughing every time. I got a gel manicure which I absolutely loved, they do a great job and are so reasonably priced. read more

This place is extremely unprofessional. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment because they still won't get to you. I had an appointment at 11 and they didn't take me until 11:50. They also are extremely slow. If you are in a rush then this is absolutely not the place for you. I was late to an important appointment I had after this due to this poor business. I will absolutely not be returning. read more

From the outside it doesn't look like much and I probably wouldn't have stopped in had it not be for the referral, but I was pleasantly surprised. In addition to the quick service and their ability to fit me in as a walk in, you can't beat their prices. I paid $28 for a dip manicure read more

My niece and I went in - she got a full set of acrylic nails, I opted for just regular old nail polish. The ladies did a beautiful job, they were friendly, and they worked quickly. We would definitely go back! read more

I have been going here consistently for two years. I get a gel mani every 3 weeks and my polish lasts. Also my husband and I go every 5 weeks to get a pedicure together and they are always on time. I do go to the same technician so I get consistent service. They do a very nice job and they are reasonably priced. They are also friendly as well. read more

Nails on first? More like nails on LAST. I am absolutely fuming I went to get my nails done with my daughter for my birthday last week, they looked fine but a little lopsided but then a few days after my finger started to swell up in excruciating pain so I went to the doctor and they told me I got an infection! This is what my finger looks like now if I didn't go to the hospital I could have lots a finger! and I am now on antibiotics to fix it I highly don't recommend this place and top of that horrible customer service! NEVER GOING AGAIN!!!! read more

Very disappointed and disgusted with this place, when I first pulled up I was like this doesn't look very good but because of my referral I decided to give it a shot... the place is hella dirty and old! Needs a deep clean and I scheduled an appointment with Nina who completely dismissed me and I ended up with someone else who was so timid with the cuticle cutter and ended up cutting me! My nails are not even I had to tell her to cut my nails and make them all the same length and re do most of my nails I was so disgusted half way through I wanted to leave. My toe nails I have way to much polish I'll be surprised if they don't chip by the weekend. Nails on first will for sure be nails on LAST! Get it together people. Pisses me off you treat regular customers way better than new ones clearly you don't want the business and clean your shit! read more

Made an appt for 10 am with Sophia on 12/23 weeks ahead as I knew that was the only time I could go and wanted to be sure it was available. Only to get there and she "forgot " and booked another appt And wanted me to come back at 11:30 that wasn't happening. I go every 2 weeks and This isn't the first issue here I am done and need to find a place with competent professional people. read more

Had to leave without getting my nails done. The nail techs were literally screaming, laughing and cackling so loud I couldn't even focus to pick a nail color. I walked out and they seemed surprised. Really? People go to get a pedicure to relax not listen to women yelling at each other. So incredibly rude and ignorant! read more

I have been here several times now and have to say it is reasonably priced, clean and the girls are friendly. Each time I have been I have not made an appointment but got in with little to no wait. They do both manicures and pedicures and offer gel nails. I would certainly recommend to anyone in the area. I am going to add to this review because the last few times that I went here there is one particular girl that works here (I cannot recall her name) that is very loud and acts unprofessional at times. She just seems to be a little immature and goofs off when she does not have a client. read more

Great place to get your nails done. Clean & quick with nice, talented girls who are always friendly. There is usually not more then a 5 min on walk-ins but use common sense during busy holidays or vacation times and call ahead to make an appointment. Decent pricing and msny color choices. I'd go for a gel mani with a spa pedi if you can :) read more

I recently started regularly coming here for gel manicures. They are all very friendly and they do really nice work. I always do a "walk in" and have never waited more than 5 minutes. read more

I use to go to Nails On First for 2-3 years. Towards the end I was getting treated not too nicely by the owner. She clowned around and always blamed me for moving when she cut me or got polish smeared. She was loud and obnoxious. Always trying to embarrass me in front of the other customers. I had enough of her and left. So glad I did. I found a great place to go, quiet, no fooling around, and they do good work. Always on time for my appointment, and very accommodating. So Thanx " N " for opening my eyes. read more

I had been going here for a while on and off when my normal nail lady wasn't available. I was always happy with how my nails turned out, but recently my friend had sent me a picture of cockroaches near the pedicure chairs. read more

If i could rate them no stars i would. I had an appointment at 1 o'clock with a women i usually see. When I get there at 12:55 I see the nail tech I asked for working on someone's nails. Nina approaches me and asks if it's okay someone else does my pedicure, i said yes because i was cutting them some slack they're busy. This women starts my pedicure and makes my nails all different shapes and sizes. The big toe is round while the others are square. It looked so out of place i thought it was a joke. I paid $25 for the pedicure and she did not rub my feet or legs whatsoever. I said to her you didn't use cream and my nails are all crooked. She couldn't understand me so she asked her employees for help AND THEY DIDNT WANNA LITSEN TO HER. So while i was saying cream she wiped my legs off with a towel as if I said clean. Nina who asked what my problem was never came over to help the women who couldn't understand me. While i'm getting my toes done the women i asked for finishes and takes another girl making me wait til 2 o'clock to see her. As i was leaving the dirty looks i got from nina and the women who did my toes was so unprofessional. I ended up paying $65 for crooked toes and a pedicure that took 2 mins...when i told the employees my issue they shrugged it off and instead made me out to be the bad guy when i was simply trying to relax. read more

Hate to have to leave a negative review because they do decent work and the girls working are very nice, but after being told the wait would take 10 minutes and waiting 45 minutes to get seated at a nail station and then subsequently waiting 25 minutes for them to soak my polish off (should take 10 tops), I clearly had reason to be upset. I spent almost 2 hours of my day to get a gel manicure that should've taken 40 mins tops. Never again! read more

This place does decent work but I called and asked when I could come in and they replied 4 I show up at 4:03 and picked a color. No one talked to me and but 4:30 I walked out! The place was like 80 degrees too! I know places get busy but don't tell someone to come in and then ignore them. One a good note I found a new place that is pretty much a hidden jewel and my nails look amazing. So I guess it was a good thing they blew me off read more

I love this place!! Every tech who works here is professional and competent. They are all very nice and go out of their way to make sure you like the results. Be sure to make an appointment - they are so good, it gets busy!! Can't say enough good things - I recommend this salon to everyone who asks!! read more
