First timer-saw the deal on yelp and groupon for $13 for $25. Worth it! I got a pedicure ($25) and gel manicure ($25). I was immediately offered water and nuts when I sat down. I noticed the place was clean, the chairs were in good condition, and all the tools were newly clean. The girl who did my pedicure took her time and paid attention to detail. It took about 45 minutes for the pedicure, which I didn't mind. I think if I would've asked, she would've sped it up. Also, be careful when you choose your nail polish color- they were going to charge me $2 for picking a "high shine" polish, but I honestly had no idea so she dropped it. I liked how the lady asked if I wanted my manicure to be done at the same time as my pedicure or after! They usually don't ask! I opted to do my gel manicure after. They had about 30-40 different colors. Not the biggest range but good enough for me! The manicure went a lot quicker and was done neatly! The manicure itself was fine. The ladies working there were very detail oriented and focused on the work to be done. I do like when they did the polish removal, they did not just have my fingers soak in acetone, but did the individual foil wrap. What was disappointing and frustrating to me as a new customer is the feeling of being "sold" or scammed. I saw a groupon and called the location to see if it was for a gel manicure. The person on the phone said it was and they were able to get me in that day. The person on the phone spent several minutes trying to upsell me to a pedicure and told me about a special they were having. I'm fine with them trying to upsell and was thinking about getting the pedicure. At no point in time did they advise me that they charge $5 for gel polish removal - which you need to do before getting the manicure. I know other salons charge for this service - however I've always been advised when making the appointment so I was prepared at those locations. When I walked in with my groupon I was only then told that they "have" to charge me the $5. I said they didn't "have" to charge but rather were choosing to charge. I'm not sure if any of the women there were a manager or owner - but if not they are setting their employees up to fail by putting them into a poor customer service position right off the bat. And when a business starts nickel and diming a new customer, that new relationship falls flat. So this business may have gotten the $5 for the nail polish removal - but they lost out on the much larger sale of a pedicure. I was told that if I go return they will not charge the removal fee again - I haven't decided yet if I will return. read more

You have to be patient, the service here is nice, but not very professional. I saw 2 women, who had appointments, leave because they were waiting so long for their turn, even though they arrived on time. This was on a Tuesday afternoon, 1:30pm. There were 3 girls working. I myself had an appointment and was seated right away, but I came with my husband (who wanted a pedicure), and they only had one girl available. For some terrible reason they started on him first, when it makes more sense to start me first since he's not getting any polish and my polish needs extra time to dry! The girl fingered my husband, massage and all, then took ANOTHER client instead of starting on me! I had to wait 25 minutes for them to finish someone else before they started on me, which pissed me off. Luckily, the whole time I got to sit in their massage chair, and I want in a rush, but it was still very rude and extremely unprofessional. The manicure was OK, I wouldn't come back for $15. The pedicure, $25, was AWESOME. I definitely felt pampered, the leg and foot massage was GREAT, and my toes look super cute. So I would come back for a pedicure, but make sure you have time to wait around. read more

I have been searching for a nail salon that not only has a great pedicures, but can do nail designs. As you can tell from the pictures they do it all. I've come in twice now with a picture of nail designs I like and they were able to recreate the look exactly. Not only that but the gel stays on for at least three weeks, no peeling or chipping. FINALLY!!! A place nearby that does gelac! I have searched high and low for a place that does gelac and this pace came recommended to me. So far I have only got gelac there but I really don't have any complaints. Since gelac is a relatively new product they don't have a HUGE selection (but still a decent amount, probably 16 or so). The gelac has been on a week now with NO chipping (which it shouldn't if applied properly). Also, it was good to see that the other customers in the store were 'regulars' and had good things to say about the place. Not sure how their pedicures are but this it my go to place for gelac now. So I been aimlessly prowling nice salons to make my permanent nail place. I been going from nail place to nail place and each or most of them I been too, I been disappointed about how they kept their tools, not very sanitized and not to mention the smack talking in Vietnamese. I am Vietnamese but do not look like it. I would sit in silence at all these nail salons just to hear what they had to say about their clients. Needless to say, I was not happy. This little unassuming nail salon has the most wonderful women who do a GREAT job on your nails. And killer massage chairs, too! When I was there the first time, two "old timers" came in who had been going to the salon for 25 years. They make you feel like family from the minute you walk in. I came here for a mani-pedi by recommendation from my coworker and had previously purchased their Groupon deal: $13 for a Shellac mani. 2 lovely ladies worked on me (totally forgot their names) and both gave me an amazing experience. They both took their time and didn't rush even when it started to get busy. Mani: Nails were quickly prepped and nicely done. However, I chose to get white nails and when I was doing my hair a couple days later in Vegas, it quickly became dirty and could not be cleaned. I researched and read that it might've been my hairspray that created some chemical reaction between my hair color and the Shellac. Sadly, it didn't last me very long :( Pedi: This is worth your $25! From the prep and scrub to the hot wax foot wrap, the hot stone leg massage, and hot towel treatment, my feet have never felt better pampered. This place is the worst place i have ever been to. When you call them they give you an appointment and when you go at the time of the appointment they say they cannot do the service . I bought a groupon coupon for the second time and i went to them and the lady in the front desk say the groupon coupon is valid only for new customers. It was not mentioned anywhere in the coupon saying it is valid only for new customers . And she just rejected . I called them to make an appointment why dint they tell me that when i called for an appointment. They are so rude they dont even tell you anything clearly. Love it! The service is fantastic. I recommend the deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure. These ladies are fantastic. They started the pedicure with orange slices in the tub. They followed with strawberry water for its to drink and a small plate of nuts and rasins to snack on. The pedicure was enjoyable and the results are beautiful! I would leave messages, call during various times within business hours (morning, afternoon, and evening) on different days of the week over numerous weeks and no one ever returned my call. I just got fed up with them and walked in as they were unwilling to set up an appointment with me--then was turned away because I didn't have an appointment! Nancy & Tina (I believe that was their names) are great. Came in as a walk-in on a Monday afternoon, I needed my acrylic gel nails taken off and a new gel manicure done. They took off my nails really well and were incredibly nice! They kept complimenting me which was sweet and then painted my nails a beautiful deep sparkly blue color and they came out amazing! I went to Nails now after work around 6:30 after going to 2 other salons in the area that were to busy or closing i found Nails Now on Yelp and I gave them a call to see if they could take me. They said yes and I arrived at Nails Now shortly after. I had a deluxe pedicure and a fill which I loved! The deluxe pedicure was very relaxing and they were very gentle with me which is important to me since I want to be pampered not beat up. The water was nice and hot and my technician began to give me a regular pedicure, what made it deluxe was that they put a mask on your feet and legs for a few minutes and then they used a sugar scrub and massaged you. After that she did a hot stone massage which was amazing. I had never had one before and fell in love! Following the hot stone massage was a hot wax bag for your feet that is used to get the dead skin. My bottom line: the pedicure was amazing I loved it! She painted my toes red and added a beautiful design. My fill: The technician did a great job on my fill! I was not happy with the work done before at another salon and when she did it she took her time and really shaped my nails to look natural because before they were a little too wide for my hands. Found a great local salon!!! I always rely on my fellow Yelpers for advice on where to go for the best spots and let me tell you, you did not disappoint. The ladies here are wonderful! Once you're comfortable in your massage chair you're offered yummy nuts/dried fruit and water which was very tasty :) I've been here twice, both times with my mother who is a diabetic and has very difficult to manage toenails and they are so gentle with her I was so thankful. The ladies are constantly asking how your doing and not speaking to each other which I appreciate because most other salons you will find that's all they do. They do have a tv but it's never been turned on, instead they have soft music playing so you can relax while your getting your mani/pedi. My mom has fallen asleep both times :) I have acrylic gel nails and they do an awesome job on them. They are constantly asking if I like the shape, length, etc. I had Amy, the owner work on me and she is an absolute delight! She is so friendly, we just talked and talked and I loved my nails!
