Just had a full set and a pedicure Gentlemen cut me once on my foot Plus the color I picked twice was old so I had to pick a third time Go to get my full set and he burned me with the sander then it happened two more time and I spoke up and yelled ouch!!! You think the own even glanced my way nope still got charged full price and not even a apology NEVER AGAIN ....she has always done excellent work but him no stay away. But her lack of attention regarding how he cut me multiple times , I won't ever return there.mind you I paid 75. And it look like a amateur did my nails. read more

Won't be going back here...EEVVEERR!! We had the first appointment of the day & there was only 1 person there. The next guy comes in & works on my feet. He was done in 20 minutes & a good pedicure should take about 45 minutes. Then he goes to do my manicure & that took about the same amount of time which again should take about 45 for a good one. My nail is crooked from the way he cut it. The paint is clumped up at the nail beds. I feel like they were rushing because now they have people waiting. & to top it off, my nails & feet are 2 different colors which I thought was just the lighting in the salon. & they point out the sign on the counter that says cash only for tips! Seems to be husband and wife owned, and they are both very kind. I went in for a dip powder manicure and a regular pedicure. Both were terrific. If you need a quick dip powder manicure without sacrificing quality, this is the place to go! Prices are appropriate and the massage with the pedicure was lovely. Highly recommend! read more

My sister & I had appointments for 09:00 for gel manicures & pedicures. We arrived to only 1 person working. The next employee didn't arrive until about 09:25. As more customers came in my $25 pedicure was cut down to only 25 mins, if that. The completed pedicure was horrible, when I showed the employee of my complaint she said it was due to the color I picked. The color should not make you color my cuticles. When it was time to pay, the employee ran my card & then threw it at me. Needless to say she did not get a tip from me and I will not be returning here ever!!! Please see photos attached. read more

When I arrived, the place was dead. Not a single person insight and the gentleman who did my pedicure did not do a great job painting my nails. The clear coat was off and uneven. He hardly scrubbed or massaged my feet. I bring this up only because I paid extra to "upgrade." Not worth it. Really bumped about the whole experience. read more

My wife frequents this location and I was horrified by her recent experience. She walked into three attendants working and one customer be helped. With two attendants sitting on their phone, she was only greeted and helped once the customer told her attendant there was someone waiting. Once she was helped the manicure was so uncomfortable and painful that every fingernail bleed as he worked on them. My wife was so upset by this that she says she will not be back. read more

Specifically made a Yelp to review Luckys. First time I went I got a gel mani/regular pedi. One day later ALL my nails started to chipped. 2 wks later I decided to give em another try (not sure why). There was only 2 people working. I waited for 15-20 mins with no service before a woman with no appointment walked in and was tended to immediately. I turned to the woman next to me realized she too was still waiting for her pedi. I said have you been waiting a long time? She said yes. I had an appointment at 2 (now 2:35) but she just walked in and got helped. I said well I think on that note I'm gonna head out. She said I think I'm about to do the same thing. Best nails ever! Tommy is an artist! He's not flashy, he doesn't do crazy stuff, just long, beautiful, natural looking nails. I Always get comments about my nails. The girls keep my feet and toes looking beautiful. They do a great job with shaping and polishing. Pedis last a month or more without gel. I almost hate to give a great review, I want to keep it as my own little secret! read more

Service was awful! We scheduled our appointments and traveled 3 hours to get our nails done. They saw people who didn't have an appointment before us. Not to mention, my friend had a cut on her foot and made that clear and they attacked her foot, leaving her in more pain. We were there for 3 hours. Have some respect for your clients. Took my mom there so we could both get our nails done and pedicures before she left back to TX. Our pedicures were awful. The water was super cold. It was awful. Then came the full set. A huge disaster. She called me within two days and sent me pics saying her 3 of her nails fell off. I was embarrassed we had spent $200. Then within a week, two of my nails fell off. They gave me a free water without me asking and usually I'm disappointed with the massages given with a pedi but it was perfect!
