Lulu is excellent Nail Tech but when she's not available twice I was put with Lucy. She is inexperienced and very rough and impatient and doesn't listen she gets frustrated very easily sometimes you don't see things until you get home to the house . This was the second time she made obvious mistakes the first time there was Phil lines all over instead of starting with a new nail or putting dark polish on , the second time she used pink gel and the nails are all different shades of dark pink which looks like someone hit me with a hammer and Light pink. I could say a lot more but it's very frustrating and I had to pay for someone else to fix her work the first time and right now I'm supposed to go in tomorrow and have someone else fix it but I told him I'm not paying him and that the woman who did it should pay him . Here is a picture unfortunately I won't be coming back to see my regular nail tech And one more thing none of them are grateful when you give them a tip I always tip mine $20 she's never impressed and then the man that works there didn't say thank you and then this Nail Tech Lucy looked as if it wasn't enough I gave her $15 that's why I am certainly done how much more do they want for a tip read more

I came for a full set and pedicure. The full set was decent and the nail tech was friendly. The older woman with long hair who did my pedicure was awful. She was rude when I requested adjustments to my water temperature, barely did any callous removal and literally gave me a 30 second massage, per leg. There were no waiting customers or any justification for the poor service. Save your self care money for a place that will actually deliver. read more

I don't spend money to get my nails done very frequently - I have a large collection of polish and tools so I can do it myself just fine. However, there are times when you just want to go get them done by somebody else. Get a nice little massage, enjoy some casual conversation, and leave with some stellar skin and nails. This is not the place for that. I had always gone to this business with a friend who was considered a "regular," and by "regular" I mean she had weekly appointments, they knew her name, etc etc. My last trip there I decided to take my younger sister for her first pedi. We walked in and were told we had a wait which was fine. Then when we got to the massage chairs, were separated by this woman (who was getting a pedi) and her random friend (who was not getting a pedi). The man who giving the woman next to me a massage was talking to her friend in sexual innuendos the entire time. After her massage is done, he moves to another woman and offers to give her an extended massage in the back for an extra charge and claims that he has women coming from all around the area for his "special massages." To top it all off, when my sister and I were leaving we drove around the back of the building to exit the parking lot. We had to stop because the same innuendo man was out back exchanging money for a little bag of somethin' somethin' and ducked back into the building. Innuendo man aside, the place is a giant clic. The woman who did my pedicure hardly spoke to me because she was busy speaking to the regulars and in her native language to her coworkers. She also told me I cut my toe nails too short. The polish job was horrible - lumpy and it took hours to dry. The salon itself it cramped and just full of junk. It doesn't feel clean at all. When they seated us in our massage chairs the tubs didn't even look clean. Overall, it's a horrible place that I refuse to support. read more

My friend and I walked in and were greeted by two men who appeared to be interrupted by our presence. We asked for a mani pedi and they told one of us to sit on the pedicure chair and one on the manicure chair. We said we wanted to be together and you would have thought that we asked them for a gold plated chair to sit in! They were angry and I believe they intentionally did a poor job. The manicure was ten minutes, painful, and unsanitary. We opted to not have a pedi in fear of getting a foot infection. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I feel like I was robbed. read more

My teenage daughter went and had her nails done today and the technician made 3 of her fingers bleed and then yelled at her, she didn't shape the nails the way my daughter had asked for, some nails are thicker than others, she smudged the paint and got a hair stuck in the polish and didn't even use the colors my daughter wanted. Never offered to fix them either. They look like shit. A kindergartner could've done a better job painting them. Thankfully my daughter is a nice person because if I had been there, things would've gone much differently! I may stop by and voice my concerns in person. I certainly DO NOT recommend this place. They clearly have no idea what they're doing and they lack basic customer service skills. Don't waste your time or money...go elsewhere! read more

I waited for 1 5 hours. They took four walk-ins ahead of me. I had my granddaughter with me who had been looking forward to getting her nails painted while I had a no chip manicure. I used to come here a lot. Now I just stop by for a mani pedi because the convient location. My daughter & I stopped in for pedis we brought my grandson with he is 3 & a half. He took turns sitting on our lap putting his feet in the water. I asked the guy John that was doing my toes if he would cut the boys toe nails. He did. That was nice. It just seemed like the shortest pedicure, he cut my toes nail to short, the massage wasn't anything to brag about. $30 I noticed the place seemed all around dirty. I won't go back. read more

I came there after work around 6:40 pm for pedicure without appointment and got seated right away. I am very satisfied with the service that was provided, lady that did my toes was very nice and professional. Salon itself is a little outdated but is clean. No-chip pedi is $40 but be aware if you pay with card it's a $2 fee. Overall I would recommend this place especially if you consider last minute walk in. Will come back. read more

I have been going to this place for almost 10 years. Every time I'm here from out of town I drop by and get something done. Today I got a brow wax. WOW. The woman completely removed half of each of my brows. I now have this pencil thin, permanently surprised look going on. Perfect. **update** Came back here twice, years after my first review with a friend who frequents this place. I will never go back to this place. Came in just before 5 for a mani pedi (as I understand, they close at 7) and both times was made to feel like a bother instead of a customer. I was a regular here and I'll never go again. I had an appointment, called to say I'd be 5-10 minutes late and ended up being only 5 minutes late. My appointment was with Pam, who is very good and polite so if you HAVE to go here ask for her, otherwise stay away. Nicer places to go for less money. Because I was 5 minutes late, and they were informed, they took another full mani/pedi instead of holding my place. They left me sitting with my feet in the water for 45 minutes!!!! When I went to check out they offered no compensation to me at all. After getting into my car I called back and expressed that I was very unhappy and that I felt I should reimburse me for the excessive wait. The owner of the salon told Pam that they would take $5 off on my next services. When this was translated to me I told them to keep it, I would not be back and being a greedy business owner just cost her a loyal customer. not very happy. my pedicure was soo soo, and my manicure was a flop. i got an overlay with french trips, she cut my natural nail down to nothing, rounded them out. they look horrible, and they're quite painful. i went back because i couldn't bare walking around with them for another second i asked for her to just take them off and she insisted on just trying to fix them. they are still ugly, which im convinced there's no way around it bc of how short she cut and shaped them. i told her while she was doing it the first time that i didn't like it and she got an attitude with me. so now i'm stuck with painful fingernails that looked like clubbed toe nails. i think ill be trying to take them off myself tonight. total waste of money, i absolutely hate it! read more
