I pay well over $100 each time for my fill-in & pedicure From the moment I walked in the door I told the young lady I'm not in a rush. I want to relax that I just got off of work. I sit in the chair instead of her, letting me enjoy my massage getting my toes done. She started doing my nails. I said fine I asked for square square I still got square round I asked them could I pay for a massage at the end I wanted a massage ... I did not realize at the beginning of the service rendered that they even did the massages where you could pay for 10 minutes or more if you wanted I mean it was like I was begging her to pay her to do a massage for me and she still did not want to do it nor did anyone in their establishment? She asked everybody there. One woman was just watching something on her phone she looked irritated, fanned her off and said she had a client coming forget about the client that was standing in front of them. They just paid over $100 as long as I was standing in there talking trying to get someone to. Do a massage for 10 minutes. It's not like I was going to get it for free. I'm paying for a service that they offer just like I have paid over $100 for my toes and nails and was treated poorly because the young lady that did my nails ignored when I asked her a question and just continue to do what she wants to do they treated me as if they were doing something for me for free or doing me a favor when I am paying for their services. I couldn't believe it. They certainly don't have to worry about me. I will not be back. They were rude at the end of the service and I believe she was the owner just simply just didn't want to assist me... a customer with a service they offer continuously telling me just let us know next time ahead of time The crazy thing is there were plenty enough of help there that someone could've assisted me and they just chose not to. I will not give my money to people who insist upon mistreating me or act as if they're doing me a favor when I'm actually paying for a service rendered. I will take my money where it is appreciated

There were 2 stylists in there. The stylist that took my daughter was very sweet. I told her I wanted a long bob for her & explained & showed a few pictures. I also stressed that I wanted the front of her hair to be a lot longer than the back. We did not get a long bob.. and all of the hair was the same length. It just looked like she got it cut and added 1 or 2 long layers. It was cute though. Just not what we asked for. Prices were definitely fair. She charged $12 for the kids cut.

I went to get my nails done and explained that this was a bridal trial run and I wanted SNS powder Pink and white ombré and I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. Instead of doing powder, she wanted to do these new TAP nails (which I had before and liked), but I asked if we could do the colors I want with tap and she said yes and that it looked better with ombré if doing tap. She's the expert so I said yes. She started doing two nails of tap and I told her it didn't look bright enough and I showed her a picture again bc I wanted it to look like the color in the picture. She said "don't worry it'll get brighter when the top coat goes on" it did not. I straight up told her that I said I wanted it brighter and that I didn't like it. I asked if there was any way to make it brighter without having to redo all of it. She said no but she could just paint over it. I don't understand why she didn't listen when I originally said I wanted it brighter. She could have been like "okay let's switch and do powder" She said that was her first time doing ombré with the tap stuff but earlier BEFORE SHE STARTED she said the ombré looks better with tap. HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOU JUST SAID THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME?!? So I made her paint over them and I asked for a discount. I don't even want to pay for nails I don't like. Like I clearly stated at the beginning what I wanted and that I didn't like the color and she was like oh no don't worry it'll be brighter . I didn't plan to get my nails done again until the wedding, but now I have to find someone else. She offered 10% off which was only $5.00. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN 50% off or free BECAUSE SHE DID NOT LISTEN. The man doing my toes didn't even ask me what color I wanted and just started painting them. I was too frustrated at that point to even say anything but wtf???? I'm so disappointed since my first visit was great. This is the first time I've ever left a place without leaving a tip, but I couldn't believe how awful the experience was. She also cut my thumb twice and now my nails are way too thick because she refused to redo them. She could have offered for me to come back the following day to redo them since it was almost closing time, but she rushed out after she was done. Thanks for ruining my nails.
