A sole proprietor with a unique space within a hair salon in downtown Castle Rock, and SO darn good at what she does. Perfect atmosphere for Covid-19 with only one client at a time, an immaculate shop and a cheery, wonderful personality. Oh. My nails look FABULOUS! I found a great spot but got tired of the drive from Denver to Castle Rock in Rush Hour taffic so I finally had a chance to check this place out after seeing it recommended highly on the local Facebook group. I am so glad I was able to get an appointment and now I have found my new nail spot. I work with Tracy and she is super friendly and nice. And she is very detailed in doing my nails. With structure gel, I like to get them done once a month and I believe retention is important and some text that I have gone to lack that I love my nails. They are long, lasting and very well done. I arrived exactly at my appointment time to a residential home. The sisters have set-up in the parlor room area of the house. Very smart! I enjoyed not being moved along like a quick job. Kim set my appt, which she responded same day after receiving my message, and Tracy did my nails. I had a split nail, short nails, and my pedi at MVince two weeks prior was done so poorly she made it all beautiful. Very detailed. Fixed broken & split nails with builder. Tracy and Kim are polite and sweet. It did not smell like chemical at all. The pedicure chair is a bit janky, but it worked and I was relaxed. Not having a shop filled with people talking loud helped that too. Totally recommend for an intimate, boutique experience.

My father and I have been repeat customers for more than a year and always book our appointments…read morefor pedicures and come in together. The quality of their work is good HOWEVER, after booking two pedicures a week in advance for the same time on 9/3, we arrived and they took my Dad immediately and set me up in a chair next to him. My chair had no water to soak my feet and no technician to work on me. The owner proceeded to work on my father without saying a word and I sat and waited. As it turns out, they made the decision to take a walk in who wanted both a pedicure and a manicure, roughly 5 minutes before we arrived for our scheduled appointments. As it started to dawn on me that my wait would be awhile, I asked for water to soak my feet, at the very least. No one said anything to me that my wait would be extensive or apologized to me for the wait. After 30 minutes I realized that I would not get worked on until my father was done! As it turns out, this was more than an hour!! DO NOT schedule an appointment with this establishment because they will not honor it. Take your chances walking in. This is a terrible business practice and no way to treat repeat customers. Clearly all they value is maximizing profit over customer service. This entire experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. BE CAREFUL.
