They showed me color books to try with no success because they didn't have a base color that matched. At that point the Manager came over and said I had to hurry up because they were running short on time and they couldn't render all the services I asked for. I offered to come back another day for them to finish to give him the money but they didn't like that idea and they said that they could do it. What what was delivered instead of Gold is black looking French tips that look horrible the polish doesn't go all the way to the cuticle on the sides and in some areas the cuticles were not taken care of completely. I did point this out but it wasn't corrected. When I went to pay I said this is unacceptable. The manager and the person who did the manicure insisted that there was nothing that looked like black but what we can see in the pictures is that's not true. The manager was insisting that I pay for the service. I said they can take everything off and we'll call it a day. She said I still have to pay for the service and that would take even more time. I said I'm not gonna do that because now I have to pay for another salon to take this off. So she said fine just leave --there's the door. They are always rushing through a set, no matter what time or day you come and I'm often left with streaky coats. I've also had instances where they were rushing and would skip coats. They also charge a fee for using a debit card, which is not legal. Fees are only to be applied to credit cards, not debit cards. It's extremely hard to find colors because their colors are disorganized, poorly shown and quite frankly gross to touch. I'm officially finding a new place.
