The lady was very friendly and sweet, and her massages were amazing. She was exceptionally precise with cutting and painting the nails. She even applied lotion to my fiancée's legs before we left and helped put on her shoes. "If I could take her back to my hometown, I would." If you have kids, do not bring your kids because they apparently have a problem with anything and everything they do. My girls, both got their toe nails painted, but they really had a problem with my 3 year old. She wasn't fussy and crying, she was just being a toddler! They were very rude in addressing things with my toddler and then went on speaking their language, which I could tell immediately they were talking about us because of their body language. So then she was done with my pedicure but I noticed a bunch of nail polish on my skin, and she didn't like that I asked about it. She cleaned it in a passive aggressive manner. There are too many other nail spas out there, I don't need to come back to this one! Customer service isn't Ike it used to be! Disappointed in this place as I do live very close and would've loved to be a regular here.
