The nail tech that did mine nipped my toe nail but i didn't think anything o it, a few weeks later my toe nail was reallybsore plus the nail was uneven like she cut too far making me believe that she hit a nerve. I went back to the shop a few weeks after that to speak with the owner (katie) but i was told that she was out of town and would be back Sept. 28th. I went back again on Sept 28th to speak with Katie about my issue and concerns regarding my toe in hopes to recieve my money back which was around $100 inluding a tip, mind you I complained about this issue seriously because i am a diabetic and wanted to be cautious of my toe nail being infected. I was told by Katie that she could only give me back $28.00. The problem was not solved and no one took accountability. I brought my daughter with me to better explain to Katie about my toe problem and show her pictures and my actual toe nail. We waited on Katie to get back to the shop, but unfortunately she called the sheriff's on us all because she claimed she didn't speak any english and needed them to translate for her, which was a lie, she speaks perfect english.. We were told that it's nothing that they could do but for us to report them, this whole situation was uncalled for. Me and my daughter was offended and embarrassed that the officers were called on us for no reason at all. I am very dissapointed and unsatisfied with my experience here. I highly not recommend Pam's Nails in Willis TX! UPDATE.. i went to quick care to get my toe checked because it's still hurting me and was told that i have an infection/fungus !! i will be reporting and taking legal action !! SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!

I immediately noticed that my daughter didn't have a technician assigned to her and was left waiting for a while until the manager noticed and quickly made sure she was taken care of. I was assisted by Tony, and my daughter had Mary. Both were polite and professional, although they were very quiet. Meanwhile, I noticed another technician nearby who was very engaging with his client, and it really added a personal touch to the experience. Mary was especially gentle with my daughter, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service was good, but I did notice some inconsistencies in the customer experience. Some technicians went the extra mile by offering clients a color swatch to browse, making sure they were comfortable, and even providing water. My experience felt a bit different. I wasn't given my own color swatch to look through and had to share one. As soon as I selected my color, it was taken away immediately, which didn't feel very welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, and even the bathrooms are nicely maintained. One thing I wasn't expecting was being moved to the drying station immediately after my nails were painted. Unfortunately, the water around my chair hadn't been cleaned up, and I almost slipped on my way over. Thankfully, I caught myself, but it could have ended badly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, but it didn't leave me with the same feeling I had during the grand opening. I would definitely consider coming back again, especially during a less busy weekday when the staff may have more time to provide a more consistent experience.

When I sat down I selected the $29.00 option and informed the individual doing my pedi that I'd like French tip which would be an additional $5. No problem. I also decided to get a full set which costs $45.00 - TOTAL $79. As I sat back to relax, I inquired about whether or not wine was served while receiving a pedicure. What I did not expect was the humiliation and shame I would feel the moment the manager responded to my inquiry. I was told verbatim "you don't get wine for $29 pedicure...You get wine for $40 and up".. I immediately burst into tears and informed this insensitive, inconsiderate, money hungry individual that my grandmother had just passed and THIS was THE ONLY reason I was even getting my nails done at the time. She immediately apologized and informed me that she was joking. What a tactless & unprofessional thing to say to someone who chose YOUR establishment to patronize. I WILL NEVER step foot in this place again, & I am leaving this review days later after burying my grandmother to implore you all that desire to feel cared for while being pampered properly - this IS NOT the place! These individuals do not care!!! Though I did not get her name, the individual that said this to me sits on the right side of the salon in the middle booth.
