If you have kids, do not bring your kids because they apparently have a problem with anything and everything they do. My girls, both got their toe nails painted, but they really had a problem with my 3 year old. She wasn't fussy and crying, she was just being a toddler! They were very rude in addressing things with my toddler and then went on speaking their language, which I could tell immediately they were talking about us because of their body language. So then she was done with my pedicure but I noticed a bunch of nail polish on my skin, and she didn't like that I asked about it. She cleaned it in a passive aggressive manner. There are too many other nail spas out there, I don't need to come back to this one! Customer service isn't Ike it used to be!
