They didn't have the color I originally chose so she found a similar one. The staff here was kind and worked hard, but fast to get through the crowd. The place seems clean and inviting. The prices seemed comparable to other salons. The color wasn't my favorite, but the dip nails have stayed on well for over 2 weeks which I am happy with.

This time some started to peel within days. I wanted them to last till Halloween so i went back to get that rectified but wanted a jelly pedicure n that was awesome. But when i mentioned the finger nail peels n showed them to her, Annie's face (the owner) changed from :) to :( i told her that im no expert but i think it was incorrect to file the edges after the top coat was applied because top coat seals everything n prevents peeling. Close to the final stage of top of the line pedicure, Annie came up to the chair armed with the nail lamp n stripper. She stripped the affected peeled parts only. Then she applied the dust n applied lamp heat. U can still see the peels under the poor excuse of rectifications. Half ass done to a $60 manicure. I tip very well for my vanity privileges. I also recalled having my nails done at the pedicure chair when i wanted a regular polish. When fingernails are shaped n painted while in a pedicure chair, it doesnt give good results. When u are a service business, u will get unsatisfied customers. Practice giving sincere apologies even if u question in your mind that the customer may have caused the bad nail polish results. Annie doesnt apologize. U see her :) when customers arent troublesome. I guarantee u that no one wants to b troublesome but i paid for top of the line pedicure AND manicure. I expect the BEST. DEFINITELY WONT GO BACK. No loss to her im sure.

Thank you! Let's back up; I booked my Appointment online using their website. Pro tip; if you're need multiple services or booking for another person in your party you need to book all separate services. Their website is a little tricky to navigate (acknowledged by the staff, they are working on this) and this was the tip they gave me. Despite the scheduling hiccup they were able to get my daughter and I in for our appointments. Basic pedicures is what we asked for- they were polite and friendly and offered us beverages once we sat down. As mentioned I was not asked to add anything else to my services after telling them what we booked for. This was huge for me, I can't tell you how many salons I've been to in town that have done this- and it's really frustrating to tell them "no" and to keep having them ask. This salon was bright, spacious and clean! We both enjoyed our time, our techs were pretty fast we both were done in 30 min. I really enjoyed our experiences and will continue to come here.
