Wouldn't go there again to be honest. Wanted a nail removal (had nails before going in) and gel x. She started clipping my gel x nails and nails natural off when I stated that I wanted to keep my natural nails long but proceeded to tell me she couldn't remove my nails without cutting them short. Then Ripped off the remaining gel x I already had on with a different nail tip which was really, REALLY! painful might I state, 20 years she said being in the nail business yet not knowing how sore it is to just rip nails off your natural nails and doing it to someone else, and she could tell I was in pain to. I bleed on the side on one of my nails because she ripped it off aggressively. I might not be a nail tech but I know there's other ways of removing nails so it's not as painful. Which was a red flag and should've just left at that point but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. The design I showed was very simple yet not what I wanted. It hasn't even been a few a whole day of me getting my nails done and they're already chipping. On another note she used the same tools on me from her previous client, I didn't see her clean anything or open/grab a new tool, besides the table before I sat down. The damage and pain to my nails she has done can't be undone and I HIGHLY! suggest you just save your money and time. read more

Jennifer is my go to nail tech. Shes awesome! She can do just about anything you ask. I have been coming since a little after covid and still she delivers each and every time! She has cut me a few times not gonna lie and it has gotten better, she is definitely a perfectionist because over an hour sometimes 2 hours have been spent on my nails and pedicures are BEST!! IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. The owner, Jennifer, overlaps bookings even tho she doesn't have the man power to service customers timely. Half way through a manicure, she had a girl move out of her chair so she can start servicing another lady that said she had to go to work. Mind you this girl AND lady was already waiting more than 30 minutes. As far as my manicure, I asked her to do something neutral and cute but because she overbooked, she tried to rush the service and she did the laziest design and manicure possible. When you put trust in someone for a service whether it's nails, lashes, tattoo, etc. you wait till the end to see the results. In the end I told her I didn't like them then SHE TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK I still paid for them unfortunately. read more

The lady in the first share I assume the owner of the shop is very Rude! She rushes on nails & does them aggressive. The other quiet lady is a bit nicer and she does really really good nails she just moves slow. You will be in there hours & hours! The massage chairs don't work but she will put you in one anyways. Can't relax when the chair is loud & bouncing you around. Very unprofessional place. read more

I can review for three of their services. Full set gel acrylics, deluxe pedi and waxing. I am a very picky person. Before finding Jenn, I had been going to another well known Maui nail salon for a little over a year, up until the point when the owner damaged my nails. When I found Jenn, I let her know what had happened 2 months prior and that I had given my nails time to heal. She is amazing. She does not cut me, she is not sloppy and she is a perfectionist like me. All things that I value in a nail tech. I judge my nail techs by time efficiency, how close they can lay acrylic next the cuticle line, their painting skills and their vibe. Another important factor is how healthy are your nails when the fakes come off. After my second set with her, I took off my fakes and my nails were in bomb shape. For my feet I always do gel pedicures and she is quick and neat. She always keeps my feet in tip top shape. Lastly waxing. Before coming to Jenn I hadn't allowed anyone to touch my eyebrows in yearrrrrrs. Too many bad experiences with wax burns and jacked up threading. I took a leap of faith and she has been maintaining my eyebrows with a full facial wax ever since. The key to any salon is communication. Jenn always asks if you are okay, and if something isnt working all you have to do is open your mouth and let her know. read more
