Came in for SNS removal, ended up also getting a gel manicure. Julie's attention to detail was amazing! Will be coming back.

Crooked pointer finger and varying lengths

I went in to Nails 3 at 630 (they close at 730) for a mani pedi. Regular polish on my toes and fake nails with SNS on my fingers. Firstly, I felt bad for going in so close to closing. They didn't remedy this as they cleaned the entire salon and started putting away materials before I was even getting polish on. I ended up staying until about 745 and it was clear that I wasn't welcome after about 715. The actual experience wasn't bad, the pedicure was pretty good, just a standard foot massage and paint with some scrubs. My manicure was horrible. The woman doing my fingers laughed with the woman doing my toes saying I have "ginormous cuticles." She also seemed to rush through the process. On the positive side, she did 2 nails and I was unsure of the color and another employee grabbed me a different color and she redid those 2 nails. The results are the worst part. My pointer finger is completely crooked. My nails are all different lengths. The worst part, the fake nails are coming off! They were clearly not glued down properly so there is sand and salt stuck between the fake nail and my nail after a beach trip. After talking to someone else they said I need to take the nails off immediately because I can get a serious fungus from this mistake. I paid $95 for a standard pedicure and a manicure with SNS which is on the high side for sure. Overall, I felt rushed through a decent experience and received horrible results. There are pictures of the varying lengths but unfortunately I can't get the camera to focus to get a picture of the fake nail/SNS pulling away from my actual nail.

Acrylic filings left underneath the nail

I wanted to like this place because of its location and the atmosphere inside is nice. Spa music playing, it looked very clean, greeted right as I walked in. But then the service started... I have gotten acrylics for over 10 years and have never had this many issues with a fill in. I already had the shape I wanted and just asked the nail tech to follow the same shape but just cut them down a little. He proceeded to cut my nails down and ask if they were short enough, I asked for a little shorter (no problem thanks for asking for clarification) then he starts to file my nails with a file that was so old it wouldn't even file the sides of my nails (hello terrible sanitation practice using a file that long) he went to get an extremely gritty file from the back and even asked another tech for her well worn file as well. The grit he was using on my nails to shape them was too way too much. He cut me twice while cleaning my cuticles with the drimmel tool after I had already said "ouch" multiple times (proper sanitation also not followed for blood borne pathogens) he couldn't shape my nails like I wanted so I just settled for what he could do. Then we get to painting, I asked for 3 coats after the first two because the polish was very translucent and the way he was applying the polish caused divets in my nails because it wasn't a smooth application. To help blend in the lumps he put even more polish on and had me hold my hands in front of a fan (no drying stations here apparently) because there was so much polish on my nails and they were put in front of a fan only the top of the polish dried and everything underneath still wasn't set (mind you my middle finger on my right hand took a total of 3 hours to dry) I pay 25$ for this terrible fill and still leave a tip. Once outside I noticed that the acrylic filings were still attached underneath my nails and the polish wasn't capped on the tips either. If you are looking for somewhere to get a great acrylic fill this is NOT the place for you.

As a long-term client who has supported this business since 2019 through their relocation and the…read morepandemic, I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience. After more than 20 sugaring services, this is not based on the quality of the providers, but due to the owner's short-sighted policies around their own "customer loyalty" program. When I recently presented my completed loyalty card for the advertised 50 percent discount, I was informed it could only be redeemed with the original provider, who no longer works there. That restriction was not communicated when the card was issued (nor is it printed on the card), and customers have no control over staff turnover. Staff contacted the owner, Kristen, who decided chose not to honor the promotion. While the providers I had, (Nou and Kait) were consummate professionals, the ownership seems to lack focus on customer satisfaction and retention. I happily supported a small business, holding up my side of the equation and expected the owner to do the same. Apparently my loyalty was not a priority and I will take my business elsewhere.

Kait. Kait. KAIT!!! I can't say her name enough because that's just how much I love this woman!…read more I hadn't had a Brazilian wax in years, so I was a little embarrassed about the... well... "growth" lol. But when I tell you Kait put me completely at ease, that's honestly an understatement. My niece recommended Charlotte Sugaring and told me to book with either Christine or Kait. I chose Kait because her sweet smile in the picture just drew me in--and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked into the shop, I was greeted with the warmest energy. I met Christine first, and she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Then a stunning Mongolian goddess came out to the lobby (cheekbones for days!), and when I complimented her--because I do not hand those out unless I mean it--she smiled and said, "Oh, you'll be fine," in the sweetest way when I told her I was nervous. And then... there was Kait. She's a dead ringer for Kaley Cuoco--so stinkin' cute--and her energy is pure sunshine. From the moment we started, she talked me through every step, which I so needed, and she made the whole experience feel like catching up over coffee with a friend. The room had low, soothing lighting, relaxing music, and the perfect post-wax oil that made the whole thing feel like a mini spa moment. Kait isn't just good at what she does--she's genuinely kind, comforting, and so easy to talk to. I felt safe, seen, and taken care of in a way I didn't expect from a waxing appointment. For all things Brazilian wax from here on out, Kait is my girl. I'm officially a forever client!

After reading other reviews, I booked a Brazilian with Ashley and I loved her so much I bought a package! Ashley was prompt, incredibly welcoming and very receptive to my needs during the experience. She explained each step to me, even though this is by no means my first rodeo, to ensure I was comfortable and felt in control of the appointment. That said, Ashley's technique was wonderful and she had me in and out of the room in 15 minutes (LOVE! Who wants to spend extra time on the paper-lined table, am I right?) I highly recommend both this facility and Ashley for anyone wanting to break into waxing for the first time, or who may be nervous for the full monty !!
