Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. My nail tech Sana was amazing and my pedicure went so well that I decided to do gel extensions. Due to the fact that I loved my toe color so much that I wanted matching nails. I was told there might be enough of the jelly polish but she thought she could make it work. The tech that was so lovely doing my pedi but didn't know how to do gel extensions so they had some other lady take over and that's where everything went downhill fast. She was not very friendly, came and started rushing the whole process. Apparently they didn't have enough of the color I loved and said they had a "new bottle" they found in the back which I checked to make sure it was the same color and they said it was. It wasn't till way later I realized the bottle she was using didn't look the same that was used in my toes and I grew weary. I asked if I could step into the sunlight because it was hard to see the difference in the lighting they had and she didn't let me. Then came the part of my design. It looked horrible because she rushed so fast into it and didn't check with me after doing the first nail to make sure I was satisfied. She just rushed through the whole thing and cured it so by the time I saw what she had done I hated it. I told her I was unhappy and tried to get her to fix it. We agreed she wouldn't charge for the design and I begrudgingly agreed cause I'm not a jerk. Now comes the part where I was so upset to realize when I go to pay over $200 that my nails don't match my toe nail color and they in fact switched the color and tried to pawn it off as the same. I told them this was unfair and they needed to fix this somehow. I was kind, didn't raise my voice or make a scene. I was upset but respectful in my approach and I was gaslit and told there's nothing they could do after spending over $200. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service. I had to push so hard to finally get them to agree to changing it and every secondary option I chose they didn't have in stock. I was sat there wasting my time for over an hour trying to force myself to pick something I didn't really like. Not till I wasted so much time they finally bring out more gel colors and I finally picked one I'm still not happy with but I didn't want a refund because I also didn't want to hurt them. They were so unkind and impatient with me. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is cause Sana my nail tech deserved 5 stars for how sweet and understanding she was. However, I was made to feel like I was the problem when they clearly tried to pull one over me and didn't like that I didn't just accept it and were happy to take my money and send me on my way. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Overpriced, terrible customer service worst experience at a nail salon. read more

My service was on 1/26/25 and I reached out on 2/7/25. I was told I would receive a call back regarding next steps but then did not. I called back on 2/8/25, and was still told there would be a fee for a fix. On the phone I was told there was a 10 day policy for free fixes. When I left a yelp review, was told there is a 14 day policy. I have photos from 2/3 already showing chips but was out of town. I've had their spa no 3 pedicure a couple times now, and they've done a pretty good job overall both times. I didn't make an appointment with anyone specific...I just went with whoever was available. The whole experience includes soak, scrub, soak, scrub, callous removal, hot stone and massage, wax, etc...they really do pamper your feet. It's also pretty nice inside and the chairs are comfy. Kate Y went with me both times for the spa no 3 pedi, but she also had them do her toenails with premium gel polish plus rhinestones...they did a really good job and her nails looked super pretty! Nail Box does a great job pampering your feet with the spa no 3 pedicure...it's not the cheapest option at Nail Box (they have several different options including a basic pedi) but your feet will thank you! My nail broke and ripped into the pink part of my nail (no blood just needed to seal the broken part) I saw that this place was around the corner and took walk ins so I headed over in hopes to get my nail fixed or at the very least glued so that it wouldn't rip any further. I walk into the store and the first question was asking if I got my nails done here - I didn't, so they refused to help me with my ripped nail because they don't work on nails not done by them . So I asked if they had any nail glue I could buy to seal the ripped nail but they didn't have any glue. In the end I loved my nails. However it took 2 full hours to get a gel mani and pedi (despite having scheduled an appointment), cost nearly $200 and the nail techs were not gentle. For the mani, she kept bending my hands to get to my nail bed in a way that was painful. For the pedi, she broke my skin and now I worry I could get an infection. I love my nails! I live super close and forgot about this place honestly but I finally decided to try them out. It was really easy to make an appointment online. I got a gel manicure. The nail person, Anh Le, did a really good job. It was literally and figuratively a painless experience. Downsides: there's no service inside of the shop. I didn't really need to use my phone during the appointment but when trying to til via Venmo I had to step outside. It's also on the expensive side. According to the list of services it was $45 for the manicure and $5 to remove my precious gel manicure. But I was charged $52 so maybe the prices online haven't been updated. I usually stop in here when I'm in a pinch because it's in a convenient location and I usually can get in last minute. They have a decent range of colors to choose from and the staff are all friendly. I deducted a star because it usually takes a little longer than I'm used to at this salon and I haven't ever left loving my nails unfortunately. I walked in for a gel manicure and was in and out in less than an hour! I really appreciated that the doors are kept open for air flow. It was a hot day and they had the AC running but kept the doors open for extra COVID safety. Lots of hand sanitizer throughout the shop and plexiglass walls to keep you and the technicians safe. Vy was excellent! She took her time and was very patient and made sure my nails were perfect. Obsessed. I loved my last nail place but I've moved and it's just too far. I've only ever loved two nail places in my life. I don't think I'm that picky but most are just ok and I deal. Make that three and this is THE BEST my nails have ever looked. I was worried because the base prices are a bit high but with the extras I used to get it's about the same honestly. The space is super cute in a nice shopping center. The big garage door makes it feel very open and airy. And the gel colors! Excellent! Sana gave me an excellent pedicure with a little salt scrub and great massage. Annie gave me the best set of my life! I've never had gel x and my expectations were low based on the ads to buy a kit online. The tips are pre shaped so it's easy to get exactly even nails without hours of filing. She did the absolute best manicure before to ensure a clean surface. No one has ever cleaned my cuticles like that! Overall I used to pay about 200 at my old place and with tip it was exactly 200 here and better results. Treat yourself! read more

I HIGHLY recommend seeing tech, VY, she is the one who I had an amazing first experience with and was the one who saved the day! Nails in Brown is her work and she made me so happy. She does excellent work and communicates well. Services are pretty expensive here but it's only because of Vy and Annie that I may decide to come back. It's also very close to my Pilates studio. Received a promotion from the landlord for $50 and when I went to pay they refused to accept my coupons, threatened to take my polish off and made me feel uncomfortable for having a promotional coupon. I refused to pay full price so they told me to leave and that I wasn't welcome back. Update: got my nails done on a Sunday (gel) , they are already cracking and chipping off - 5 days later. By far the best nail salon I have visited! I decided to check this nail salon out based on some YouTuber's recommendations and I was very impressed! They have two hour free parking inside the lot if you visit the nail salon. The shop is super cute inside, decor feels very modern and it's pretty clean inside! It smells really nice too- surprisingly not like nail polish! And they always offer free water or green tea- take advantage! Their nail selection is endless! I usually go for an Essie polish and I'm always pretty satisfied with the turn out. Prices are on the cheaper side for this nail which is a huge plus!
