Coming to see Beth for my pedicures is like visiting a good friend, but with all the benefits of personalized, knowledgable nail care in an ultra-clean environment. It is more expensive? Yes, of course. But it is absolutely worth the additional cost to have a private appointment with someone who actually knows what they are doing. You will be very pleased with the experience.

That gave me some time to look around. There was a table in the window covered in dust. With the exception of one plant they are all dead or nearly dead. The walls behind the chairs are dirty. It appeared cluttered. They need to look at the salon with a fresh pair of eyes and toss the dead plants and clean it up.

Don took great care of me. It's obvious he's a perfectionist and really took his time to make sure he did a good job. The massage with my pedi was outstanding - Don hit some really good pressure points and made my feet and legs so relaxed. The place itself is very clean and comfortable and well decorated. They welcome walk ins as well as take appointments. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

I asked them to change the color of my nail polish because I didn't like the result. Even though I had already left a tip, they still asked me for another tip after redoing my nails. I don't mind tipping when I receive good service, but I don't think it's appropriate to ask customers for more tips, especially when they are already unhappy with the service. Fortunately I had to find a new salon due to a terrible experience at another salon but seemed meant to be. She was super careful with an injury I had to my nails! They had lovely music playing lowly and incense burning in the background which made me feel very relaxed (exactly what I wanted today when I thought about getting a pedicure.) Ken helped me pick a color and was very patient with the amount of time I took to get the color I wanted. Lily handled my pedicure and was very understanding of my nail condition and suggested a powder overlay to keep the shape since my nails do crack easily. I've tried it before and appreciated that she considered the health of my nail. I ended up getting the number 2 and paid $80 with tip for the gel with overlay. The session was about an hour. This is definitely a place I'd return to while visiting Tucson again. Thank you Ken and Lily :)
