I had one free moment to relax I have not relaxed in 9 months. I have not had a pedicure in one full year. I came to Nail Time and had the worst experience. The customer service was awful . The nail tech badgered me about upgrades and when I did not want them he became short with me. I asked him could he paint a flower he said yes but instead he drew lines. i hesitantly asked him to draw a flower and he said "no your toes are too small it wouldn't look right"... I asked if someone else could and he said no. Plainly NO He continued on saying how "that wouldn't look right on me" and i should get all these other colors. It was not what I wanted I left feeling defeated and annoyed . My intention today was to pay for polite service, to pamper myself with what I wanted . I will never go back here again read more

The worst pedicure I ever had. I was flinching and wincing in pain and he just kept going after being nicked several times. Now I have an infection in my left toe because he felt the need to rip the side of my toenail out claiming it was an ingrown toenail (didn't know I had one nor did I ask to have this done). It hurts to walk and I have band-aids on both feet to cover up the nicks. Due to all of the above, I Can't wear the Sandals I was supposed to wear to my sister's wedding which was the whole reason I was getting a pedicure. Not the worst customer service but my manicurist was a guy who seemed to have an attitude when I told him it was hurting. He just showed me the nail piece and all the skin he got off my feet. Okay? Seriously, Bro, that doesn't do anybody any good to cut someone up and make their spa experience uncomfortable. By the way, ingrown toenail removal is considered a medical procedure and should only be performed by your podiatrist or primary care physician. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing. I received a pedicure here two weeks ago. When I went to pay, I was told $40 which I thought was a little high. I look up at the board on the wall behind the register and notice the pedicure with the gel polish cost $40. I was never asked if I wanted gel polish to which I would have said no. I felt that this place was very dirty. You can go to a much nicer one for the same price you pay here. The nail tech I had was very pushy and tried to pick my color for me even though I told her I wanted to pick. My nails came out nice but I won't go back to this nail salon. read more

I am new to the area and decided to stop for a mani-pedi. I am very disappointed in the service received. My service was provided by a younger gentleman and I felt uneasy the entire time due to him acting weird and not personalizing the service. He spend a majority of the time trying to sell additional service. Most get pedicures to be pampered. I did not feel pampered at all and he acted as if he did not want to be there. I am usually a tipper but I refuse to tip for poor service. You should have seen the look on his face when I paid for the service and did not tip. You have to earn it. I have been going here for 7 years and I have always had great service. However the attitudes of the entire staff could be better. During my last visit I paid $35 dollars for long nails but got the length of $25 dollar nails (they charge for length) . Why ? Because my nails were crooked, slanted, uneven, etc. I was told the only way they could fix they're mistake was to cut my nails down after I paid $10 EXTRA dollars for them to be long ..horrible job and service!The owners wife is one of the rudest people on the staff. She treated me with total disrespect. I've never had an issue with the outcome of my nails before and they do beautiful designs in general, I recommend the lady with the leg disability she does great work and actually gets the shaping, length, and size of your nails correct. However the entire staff is rude. I've overheard some of the staff talking about other customers feet and how they're feet were "very crunchy" is how they worded it. Sad. I have also saw a young teenage girl cry because they kept repeating her hands were to sweaty and she kept telling them she could not help that her hands sweat and that she had a condition. This nail salon is horrible. I don't understand why people even bother to waste their time to go here. I got a gel pedicure and the gentleman that did my feet did great on the scrubbing and the actual pedicure it self, but when it came to my polish, he was a mess. He painted my nails a little bit more then halfway up, so it looked as if my polish had grown out and needed to be redone. I nicely brought it to his attention and he painted a little more up on the nail, which still looked horrible. He let the polish run onto my skin, so some polish ran off of the side of my nail. He seemed to not know what he was doing and put on 4 layers of gel polish, so it looked way too thick. I then went on to get my full set done by his youngest daughter that works there and this was just as bad. I guess it runs in the family. I asked for coffin shape and 3 of my nails were shaped crooked. She then proceeded to apply my gel polish, which was way too thick, so it came out lumpy on my nails and i showed her a pic of what I wanted that was on my phone and she told me that she couldn't do it and threw on some lame little fake diamonds. I paid $75 just to not ever come back here again. It looks like they need to take classes over again to learn how to do nails. Mind you, I didn't ask for anything difficult, just basic pink gel polish on hands and feet with a simple design. They had one job and totally failed!!!! Im not a picky person, but I do expect things to be done right if Im paying. I showed 4 different people that I know and they all agreed that it looked bad. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Dont waste your time, keep going!!!!! There has to be someone that knows how to do nails well. Please!!!! read more
