The woman who did my sisters pedi did hers very well, however the woman who did mine cut two of my toes with the cuticle clipper. We also had an issue with paying for two transactions with the same card, so be warned you should definitely have an alternative form of payment. Overall our service was great though, pretty good customer service, the salon was tidy, and they had a pretty chill vibe going in there with the music. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I am military and I asked for a natural acrylic short nail. She showed me two…read morenatural pink colors and I told her both of those were too dark and that the military is strict about their standards. So I simply asked her if she could mix a white acrylic powder and one of the pink powders to give it a more natural look. The lady refused and said no because then if I get a fill in that no one would know what color I got. I told her that's ok I won't get a fill in and asked if she could just mix the colors. THIS LADY YELLED AT ME! And went off about it and I think she noticed I was uncomfortable so she finally mixed both the colors and kept saying it looks the same as one of the colors she showed me( it did not). She kept repeating that as she was doing my nails and she got aggressive with my hands after that. At the end she asked me what was wrong and she was happy as if she didn't just treat me like crap. I paid 60$ for short acrylic and no color. That's too much for something simple. And the lady I believe her name was Kathy , was so rude to me for asking her to do her job. If I go to a nail salon it should be what I want since I'm paying for it. I don't see why me asking her to mix the colors was such a big issue that she had to yell at me and start acting aggressive with my hands. I read the reviews on Salon Thairapy and decided to give them a call, I am so glad I did! My first interaction was with Choloe. She was so soft spoken and sweet over the phone. I told her I was looking for a stylist that used Redken colors. She told me she would speak to the owner and call me back. Amber, is an exceptional stylist with many years of professional experience. I can't say enough about the salon. Anyone looking for a new salon should give them a try.
