Unprofessional and upsetting -- I left in tears. I came in asking for a simple set of square French tips on both my hands and feet. As soon as I sat in the chair and asked about acrylics, the male owner came over and kept explaining the process and price -- repeatedly. He said things like, "You know the pedicure and acrylic is going to be over $100, right?" multiple times. The way he said it made me feel like he didn't think I could afford it. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary. The person doing my nails was rough. He kept filing my skin, and I asked more than once for adjustments, but I felt ignored. I asked them multiple times to fix the shape of my nails and was not at all mean about it. When my fake nail was showing underneath the nail polish I asked for another coat. The owner jumped in and said, "Why didn't you say something before he painted the white?" I replied, "I thought the white would cover it." By this point I had been there for almost 3 hours. By the end of the appointment, I looked at my nails and just broke down. They were bulky, uneven, and just bad. I literally cried as I walked out of the shop. Later that day, I came back with my boyfriend and got a refund. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails redone. At first, I thought my toes were okay -- it was my first time getting a pedicure with acrylic -- but the very next day, they looked like this (photo attached). The acrylic started lifting, there's buildup underneath, and now, not even four days later, they're coming off. I've had to file and fix them myself. This was a bad experience all around. I absolutely do not recommend this nail salon. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely horrendous. read more

I will not be back. I went in because my regular nail tech wasn't working due to an emergency. I walked in and everyone looked up from their phone. No friendly faces. Just "what you want". I already had an appointment for a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was great. The lady who did it was very nice and did great on my feet. Then I asked for medium length stiletto nails with red to nude ombré. A very basic style. I wish they would have said that my technician wasn't comfortable doing it. She showed me one nail and it was so far from the picture that I just told her to do a basic black instead. She took an hour and a half to give me short ALMOND nails. They are uneven, they have air bubbles, and just look like what I could have done myself. Whoever looked at them at the register knew that it was bad work. I won't be back. If you can't do basic acrylics with a basic nail art. Please state that instead of wasting peoples time and money. read more

It's a nice location and the facility is clean. Everyone is super nice. I went for the first time on Wednesday 12/14/2022, the gentleman that did my regular gel manicure and pedicure took a really long time. I wouldn't have minded how long it took if it had turned out the way I had wanted but it wasn't great. It's not 12/22/2022 8 days and my nails look like they're over a month old. I paid over $90 including tip for a sub par mani pedi that should have at least lasted two weeks. Super disappointed because I really loved how sweet everyone was there :/ read more

I am new to the Fayetteville area and was referred to nail time. It was a nice clean and calm environment. I was unsure of what I wanted until the nail tech Kevin showed me their Instagram account. I didn't see anything that I wanted requested something with Christmas and I gave him permission to do whatever theme/design he wanted. And this is how it turned out I absolutely love this design is simple, but classy and gives off a nice clean look will definitely be going back. 10/10 read more

I went to this shop on Friday 06/23/23 around 5:30 pm. There really wasn't a wait. The salon was nice and neat. Was greeted at the door and everything was going just great. Once I had chosen my pedicure package which was the deluxe peppermint, included everything it said it would include. They asked me if I wanted gel. I simply said no. Then they proceed to say it last longer and showed me a client who had it on for 6 months. My mind was still made up and I said no thank you, only for the simple fact I don't expect to keep my polish on that long and I'm constantly changing my color. The other pedicurist stated if you want to change we can do it for you when you come back. Prior to that conversation they kept pressuring the lady to the right of me to get gel and she did. My answer was still NO. He prepped my nail with a base coat proceed to paint but it was with gel. I asked him was that gel he said yes, and I told him politely I didn't want that. He said doesn't it look pretty? Yes but it is not what I wanted. The mood had changed. So one foot was painted with gel then he painted the with other regular paint. He proceed and stated he wasn't going to charge me since he misunderstood what I said. Then he said it would/wouldn't be free due to others would have to be free but I was just so annoyed at that point I really didn't care what he was trying to explain. He left and me and my friend walk to the register. She asked if we was together, which we stated we was separate. We paid 55$ each. The pedicure was amazing until they took it upon themselves to put gel on my toes. read more

Every time I get my nails done here whether its sns powder or acrylic full set they don't last long four days tops with out one breaking.They put the tip at the very edge of you're nail causing it to break faster than it should, if im paying nearly 55 the nails should at least make it to a the two week mark. Seems pretty clean and unassuming. Got a regular manicure for $10 which is cheaper than most places nowadays. She did a good job of cleaning up my nails but the polish job was a little sloppy. Also didn't really pay attention while filing my nails and didn't ask if I wanted them round or square. She got the polish on the edges/sides of my nails which some nail techs have a hard time getting but she also got it all over my cuticles. I would go back for the price but not if I had an event I had to go to and wasn't planning on changing the polish within a week. read more
