Driving fingers and elbows deep into my shoulder blades, traps, glutes, and low back. I limped into the mall. Well... not really, but I was in serious pain. Called myself getting back into shape but ended up with multiple self diagnosed injures. Like a blown out back and sprained rib On top of the knot that's been in my neck for months. He hit all these spots throughly. Timer went off and like a true professional he soldiered on. Giving the same attention to both side regardless of how long it took. I gave this man a generous tip. See myself coming back often. Give him a chance and don't worry about being in the middle of the mall. That concern quickly melted away.

I searched around and saw how highly rated she was and figured it was worth at least calling to see if she'd be able to squeeze me in. I was in luck. She accommodated me and took me :)!! Her business is clean, and beautifully decorated. She's friendly, professional, oh and did I mention quick?? Also, she makes sure that you're comfortable as well with the wax temperature etc. In short A+++++++. If I'm in town again and need waxing services, no doubt about it, she's the one to go to. She's super friendly and makes you comfortable during the process. I was finished in about 15 minutes. She's good about checking with you whether you're comfortable, if you've had certain wax services before, if you're comfortable with the wax temperature, getting off any possible stray pieces of wax, etc... When we were finished, I asked her to remove a few strands of stray hair around my belly button and she was more than happy to oblige. Best of all, no tweezing needed at the end. I pay more for a Brazilian wax with her than I did back in Cali, but not by much. She's about $5 -$10 more, But for good reliable service, she's worth it. I checked in on Yelp and received a $5 discount. Savings are savings! Her prices are on her website, as well as in her shop, which I appreciate. Recommendation: She only takes appointments. No walk-ins. She's a one woman show and she's told me that almost all of her clients are currently wax clients, so she hasn't had time for couple's massages. In other words, she's busy, so definitely call her ahead of time! Final Answer- Definitely coming back!

A bit more front desk customer service training would be useful. There seems to be a high turn-over of front desk clerks so I'm sure it's a challenge. Prices are fair and as long as you listen and read about the membership program, length of massages, etc., you should have no issues. All of the details are clearly available. Anyway, my 5 stars have nothing to do with the front desk and very little to do with the membership program. They are primarily for my regular massage therapist, Jan. I hate to sing her praises too much because she is always booked up and it's already hard to get an appointment with her but she deserves all praise and recognition. She is simply the best thing this ME location has going for it. She is friendly, personable and completely in tune with her clients. Her massages are phenomenal and the fact that she stays booked up all of the time speaks for itself. Whether you are looking for massage or assisted stretching, Jan is the massage therapist you are looking for. You won't regret scheduling an appointment with her.

So I've known about this place for a couple of years, but it looks shady on the outside and there aren't many reviews about it, so I just didn't see any point in going. Now I'm sitting here calculating how much money I spent on EXTREMELY expensive massages when I could have been coming to this place this entire time. This. Place. Is. Amazing!!!!! First, it's located next to a pizza shop, on Raeford road, across the street from the new Publix - awesomeness. Next, they offer a 30 minute foot massage for $29 and a 60 minute session for $39. Can you believe that?! 1 hour for $39!!! I know that sounds cheap and it is and I Don't Care! But it gets better. They take you into a dark room, with soft music and nice black chairs. My masseuse enters the room, greets me, sits down a bucket of hot water and gestures for me to put my feet in, I put my feet in and immediately pull them out because that water was HOT! I let him know and he immediately brings cold water to dilute the hot water. Then he begins massaging my neck, my shoulders, my back, my arms and my fingers. Y'all, at that moment, I died and went to massage heaven. Next, he proceeds to put me in a massage induced coma as he massages my feet and legs. I meant to type that he laid me down, covered my enter body (I wasn't naked, but you can get naked if you choose) with a blanket and covered my eyes with a nice clean cloth. He didn't utter a word, he just massaged me to heaven and back to life. It was THEE best massage I've had in a while and it only cost $39, I just couldn't believe it.
