The total cost for everything was $230.00. a quote given months prior my appointment, to which I had a $100.00 gift card leaving a $130 balance. As I previously mentioned, I had to leave for family related situations but I had never intended to spend the entire day there waiting. (The facial/1hr, Massage/1hr) Appointment time 10:30am. I left at 1:45pm making me have 1hr & 15 minutes of total waiting. While I understand some waiting, what I DON'T UNDERSTAND is having to pay the entire $230.00 per the supervisor/manager told me I would STILL have to pay for the services I NEVER received. So I ended up paying the entire $230.00 with the manager saying you can come back another day for the mani/pedi. Reluctantly I had no choice but to agree. So I called 4 days later to schedule my ALREADY PAID FOR mani/pedi and was told the appointment would cost an ADDITIONAL $100.00!!! This is very poor and unfair business practice.
