I waited quite a while for my mani/pedi and after a while, l had to leave. The total cost for everything was $230.00. a quote given months prior my appointment, to which I had a $100.00 gift card leaving a $130 balance. As I previously mentioned, I had to leave for family related situations but I had never intended to spend the entire day there waiting. (The facial/1hr, Massage/1hr) Appointment time 10:30am. I left at 1:45pm making me have 1hr & 15 minutes of total waiting. While I understand some waiting, what I DON'T UNDERSTAND is having to pay the entire $230.00 per the supervisor/manager told me I would STILL have to pay for the services I NEVER received. So I ended up paying the entire $230.00 with the manager saying you can come back another day for the mani/pedi. Reluctantly I had no choice but to agree. So I called 4 days later to schedule my ALREADY PAID FOR mani/pedi and was told the appointment would cost an ADDITIONAL $100.00!!! This is very poor and unfair business practice.

I have a lot of tension and issues with my neck (complicated from a rollover accident) and I also hold all of the stress within my neck. I've been lucky enough that when I started coming to this spa, my massage therapist was Diana. When I say she's the absolute best, I mean it. I partially low key don't want to share how amazing she is for the fear of her booking up (great for her but not me ). She's honestly one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. She listens and always strives to make sure you walk out relaxed and feeling good. Her techniques to help with my chronic issues help alleviate the pain. If you're looking for a clean, professional spa experience you won't be disappointed with Ciao Bella.

Overall, such a great experience--10/10 would definitely recommend!

When we first got there, we changed into robes and then we were offered complementary drinks whether we wanted wine, a mimosa, tea, coffee or water. Then we did a couples massage and afterwards both got facials in separate rooms. The facials alone felt like a super relaxing experience because it included a foot massage and shoulder massage as well. They have a really cozy lounge area that we used in between the two services where we got to relax and enjoy our drinks. It was a Friday afternoon, but surprisingly there weren't a whole lot of people. Altogether, the best spa I've been to!
