I scheduled a massage appointment with Semi and he was awesome!! He is friendly, soft spoken, and allows you to enjoy your massage without talking your ear off. (I've been to many other massage clinics and some of them talk to you during your entire session! That was NOT the case with Semi! I felt so much better after my appointment! They have a non-contract membership which I definitely bought, of course! You have the option to pause your membership. They offer other services such as facials and waxing. Since the end of 2025, I've had multiple appointments canceled--two at the end of 2025, plus January 2026, February 2026, March (rescheduled), and April (rescheduled). That's a consistent pattern of cancellations that has made it nearly impossible for me to actually receive services. I rely on massage therapy for pain management and typically book 90-minute to 2-hour sessions. Despite this, I still have 8+ unused services on my account because this location has not been able to keep appointments. On March 30, I was told a manager would call me--no one ever did. When I followed up, I was told the manager wouldn't be available until Tuesday and only works limited hours (10-3). The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. At this point, I have zero confidence in this location's ability to provide services. If you can't keep appointments or communicate with long-term members, you shouldn't continue taking their money. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
