I scheduled a massage appointment with Semi and he was awesome!! He is friendly, soft spoken, and allows you to enjoy your massage without talking your ear off. (I've been to many other massage clinics and some of them talk to you during your entire session! That was NOT the case with Semi! I felt so much better after my appointment! They have a non-contract membership which I definitely bought, of course! You have the option to pause your membership. They offer other services such as facials and waxing. Over a month ago, I spoke with the location manager regarding my large balance of unused prepaid massages and requested that this issue be escalated to the district manager. Despite being told someone would contact me, I have never received a return call or any meaningful follow-up. I explained that due to the repeated appointment cancellations over the past several months, I have accumulated far more massages than I can reasonably use within the 60-day cancellation window tied to account termination. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to use the services I already paid for by scheduling appointments, only to have many of them canceled by your staff. During my earlier conversation with management, I discussed transferring massages to friends as a potential solution so that the prepaid services would not go to waste. However, when I called today to arrange transfers, I was informed there is a limit of only one transfer per month. At that rate, it would be impossible for me to use or transfer the nearly thousand dollars' worth of prepaid massages remaining on my account before they expire. At this point, I feel trapped into either: * Continuing a membership I no longer wish to maintain, or * Losing a substantial amount of money for services I already paid for but was repeatedly unable to receive due to cancellations outside of my control. This is unacceptable customer service for a member of over 10 years. I am requesting immediate intervention from district management and a reasonable resolution, but cannot get a response.

Their customer service and empathy for their customers is extremely lacking and I will never purchase a massage package here again.
